For the purpose of full disclosure, Eli, the owner of SRY has been a good friend of mine for many years. Rather than thinking of my review as biased due to this friendship, it should be considered as one that is based on solid familiarity and consistency. It is not only the projects in our own house, that speak volumes on qualities and benefits Eli and his crew offer, but it is also the experience and stories from other common friends or clients that I heard or saw firsthand. Few key benefits that I’m sure many can appreciate: - Very honest and reliable - Extremely passionate about quality, details and aesthetics. - Funny and very personable. Hard not to fall in love with his charm - Vast experience as well as creativity. I’m always amazed with his ability to get into a new space (e.g. Kitchen, Bathroom, all house) and immediately come up with great ideas of how to make it more functional and beautiful while being budget conscious - Eli is great in ‘mediating’ between couples and resolving conflicts with respect to the usual challenges such as colors or fixtures choice, budget expansion etc. (Saved my marriage few times already  ) In summary, Eli and the rest of the SRY construction crew, are those professionals that anyone considering any type of renovation to their house will appreciate doing business with.

Eli is such a great guy, really friendly and personable! It is great to work with an honest, hard working man like himself, and he has a great team! We are actually still working with Eli because we decided to add on a few more projects along the way. We just finished up our kitchen remodel two weeks ago and I couldnt be happier!!! I got everything I wanted and more due to Elis attention to detail and extremely high standards. There is so much more space in my kitchen now, which use to be a very small and uncomfortable place to be. We also opened up the wall next to the kitchen creating a door way outside to the new patio Eli is building for us now. Everything looks so great, there is no half done work or letting things slide with Eli; everything has to be perfect, which was great for us!!! We love him and highly recommend him for any project you have, he does it all!!

SRY construction was the best choice. I have a small home that was in need of some REAL tlc. and Eli and his crew did a wonderful job of creating a wonderful home for me and my family... He saw my vision and listened to everything I said, and gave me everything I wanted and more! He went above and beyond what I wanted. He gave me things in my home I didnt expect, but couldnt be more great full. He has a wonderful crew of people who also listen and go beyond what they have to do. They were there everyday working like my house was there only project, though it wasnt they were at my house like it was. SRY is the best choice if you are a person who is an attention snob (like myself) and only goes for the best! On a budget, which they NEVER went beyond!!! Thank you SRY family!

Eli is God sent to me & my family. I was previously screwed by another contractor. The first conversation I had with him I knew I was making the right decision. Hes very patient. He worked with me to find the material I liked. I never felt rushed. His team is very professional and they work really hard. Each day I came home I was excited to see the nice NEAT progress. Theyve finished my front bathroom ( currently working on my second) and they also did my front entrance. Both look absolutely beautiful. Im in tears with feeling so blessed to have met this man and his team. They keep everything so clean when they finish each day. Thank you Eli and team.

SRY Construction & Electric gets 5+ stars from us. Eli and his team did a wonderful job replacing a beam and remodeling our kitchen and bath. Eli and his guys know what theyre doing and do it well. He gave us daily updates on the progress of our project, and worked closely with his team to assure that the goals were clear and that the work met his high standards. Each day before they left, his guys cleaned up the work area really well, leaving the house tidy. Maybe the best thing about the whole experience, beyond the excellent quality, was that Eli does what he says he is going to do. We would definitely use SRY again.

Eli and his crew did an excellent job installing an ADA-compliant walk-in shower for my elderly father in Piedmont. The crew took pains to disturb my dad as little as possible while they worked (he spends most of his day in bed), and they cleaned up the construction materials, debris and dust in the bathroom every evening before leaving so he could use the room at night. They are highly skilled, detail-minded, friendly and reliable guys. They worked steadily through, finishing the project in a very reasonable amount of time. If we have any future construction projects, S.R.Y. is who wed hire to do the job.

A few years ago I hired SRY to remodel my bathroom. I was so happy with them I hired them to do another bathroom-- beautiful tile work in both. Then they did the kitchen/dining room/living room, with granite counters and tile backsplash and floors, and installed a deck. Their attention to detail regarding all their craftsmanship is a rare find. As a homeowner, if I need a contractor for any area-- bathroom, kitchen, deck, electrical, painting, roof, fence, space reconceptualizing, SRY is my go-to company. They can do it all and do a great job. I wont work with anyone else.

I have been working with Eli for over 8 years. He and his crew have done many jobs on my 1937 house, starting from the first month that I moved in, including: all new plumbing and electrical wiring, new roof, replacing every door and window, adding a steel support beam, painting and weather sealing the entire house, rebuilding the deck walkways, and many more projects! All of the work he and his crew have done is of the highest quality. Most important, Eli is honest and trust worthy, and I feel great with him and his crew.

I cannot speak highly enough about Eli (owner for SRY Construction)! Eli and his team rebuilt my mothers garage in El Cerrito after a major car accident damaged the structure. Eli is incredibly attentive to details and very responsive (by phone, text, and email). He worked very hard to ensure that all of his work was up to code with the El Cerrito planning commission and completed in a timely manner so my mother could move back into her home. I hope to work with Eli on future projects at my mothers home.
