By far the rudest company I have dealt with. I called to inquire about a proposal and they hung up on me. Assuming the call was simply disconnected I called back only to be told they were not interested in doing business and asked me to loose their number...Im shocked by how unprofessional they are.

These guys "arent interested" in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didnt mince words!
