Tried to schedule an emergency electrician and no one could tell me yes or no on availability. I asked the receptionist if anyone would get back to me today and she could not confirm so she transferred me to someones voicemail for the sake of "the companys integrity". Yes, those were her words. Customer service: 1 star. Integrity: not applicable. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I was unable to purchase and therefore can not fully rate what the experience could have been.
