Im looking to move into the Elk Grove area with my family. While searching, we were contemplating on purchasing a storage locker to help free up space for our new home. Im not usually one to invest into a storage locker but during my visit at Life Storage, I quickly changed my stance. We were accompanied by Jahmal during our visit and it was an excellent change of pace for us. Instead of dealing with car salesman, Jahmal handled our visit as a close friend. He gave my wife and I excellent advice on which storage locker would fit us best without the added pressure of over purchasing. If you are on the fence like I was about investing into a locker, I highly reccomend you schedule a visit with Jahmal and Im sure hell provide you with the same professionalism hes shown my family.

Having to move my entire 3 bedroom house into a storage unit was not what we had in mind when we had to move last month. However, after going into Life Storage and meeting the staff and viewing the units and learning the protection that was provided definitely put our minds at ease. We ended up getting 2 units, after realizing we had more stuff than we thought, and they were very helpful in setting us up. One thing I witnessed was the attention that the store manager gives to her clients. She managed to take care of 3 clients at once and making us all feel comfortable about it. She is amazing and we have referred people there already and will continue to do so in the future!

I was looking for a storage near my home in Calvine and I found this clean nice storage place. At that time had a different name, now is call Life storage. I thing they got bought again. My company needed a large unit and I told them about the moving deal. My company storage there now for near a year so far. They had a grumpy lady before but I guess the new company brought new employees. Good for them. The new storage person, Sarah was really nice. Helped me with what I needed and got me out there quickly. She really went the extra mile with some other issues related to acquiring a new unit.

Had a great experience for my first time here. All the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Great customer service. The facility is clean and gated. At first I only rented 1 storage cuz I didnt think I had that much stuff, but then I had to rent a 2nd storage. Jahmal hooked me up with the second for free on the first month! On top of getting a discount for my first storage! Would highly recommend coming here if you ever need a storage place.

Strolled in on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted warmly by Jahmal Prudhomme. I asked to see the climate controlled units and Jahmal was more than happy to accommodate me. I loved the unit as soon as I saw it. Had a fantastic conversation with Jahmal. Im excited to rent from Life Storage! The customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend to all.

She was very informative, had a great attitude and took time to show me the spaces that I would be interested in renting.
