Just became a customer today in the afternoon with customer service given to me by Sharon. She was prompt, explained things with seasoned pro ease, showed me to my unit and helped me make sure that the size would fit my needs, the whole shi-bang. She not only had a smile and great charisma, she also asked me about my dogs which I was more than happy to gush about and show pictures, lol. Unit she showed me was clean and met all my expectations, the grounds were in very clean order as was the office. She offered me moving supplies and boxes, which I already have coming out of my ears but its still worth mentioning that she not only checked me in for my storage unit she tried to help me with all of my moving needs. Overall she was fantastic, had a great attitude, was thorough, very professional with a good balance of personal and I look forward to stopping and chatting with her whenever I get the chance while enjoying my unit or when she has the time.

I have been renting at the Rancho Cordova (Mather Field Rd) for around 8 years I think. In that time I have encountered if I recall right three different property managers. The first one was scandalous and fired for stealing money from PS. The last one and current is a very fine lady named Sharon. For several years she has been a polite and courteous representative of Public Storage. There are times where I will go to pay my bill at the site just to see her pleasant smile (even though I can pay a closer PS). This lady is what every business would want to represent the face of their company with, a smile and a good feeling to do business with.

Really needed a unit so i came to this place due to it being so close to where i was moving i have always had good service when i come in and trust my belongings will be safe. I work mon through Friday so the hours are convenient i usually go on weekends and there is a young lady by the name of sierra who always provides me with great customer service.. She was able to explain so many things i was previously confused about and even help me decide if i would b able to downsize. I also got a pay your bills on time call from her and that saved me from a late fee. Shes awsome. Appriciate you guys!

Public Storage would be only my second storage I have every used in life and by far this is a good storage system. The staff member Sharon was the first member I communicated with over the phone and she made me want to come and store at this location. Each and every time I spoke with her or the other members directly they were always friendly and helpful. I felt very secure on property and felt very secure with my belongs stored here. Thank you for the wonderful experience and if needed I would certainly use Public Storage again!

I have to say that i love this PS. I have been too many companies where the staff are rude and unprofessional, but I was pleasantly greeted by this PS location`s store manager Sharon and helped thorough the process in a timely manner. This lady was pleasant, positive, professional, and went above and beyond great customer service. PS is lucky to have this woman working for them. I had a wonderful experience from the first point of contact to signing my paperwork. I spoke with sales, scheduled with Heidi, and toured with Sharon. EVERYONE was able to answer all of my questions and concerns earnestly and honestly. Heidi was helpful in providing me with location specific information as well as estimates, and Sharon was an absolute delight! She keeps her property clean, and treated us with courtesy and respect. I feel really good about leaving my belongings here!

I went in to check out pricing at this location and found out it had limited availability but the employee Nate there was very nice and professional, after showing me the space and taking me back to the office, he even checked nearby locations for a storage that fit my needs at the price I was looking for. I decided to go with another company that was nearby because the other public storage locations were too far but would still definitely recommend this storage because of Nate!

Sharon is amazing. Love her! Awesome conversation. She really lifted my spirits. I dont even rent my space at this location. But, when I do, Sharon is always available. I cant wait to pay again next month; just so I can talk to this incredible lady. I value managers who are a reflection of their work place and their employees.
