I loved my experience with this storage place. During a hard time having to move after 4 years at one place i needed a place to store my stuff after multiple rentals fell through. I was apprehensive about storing my goods anywhere, but after visiting this place and the incredible help I received from the manager there I knew I have found a safe spot for all my crap lol. If you are wondering whether or not that this place is right for you let me settle your queries. Yes this place is safe Yes the employees are just the perfect mix of professional and friendly. And yes the prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

I stopped by today in this Public Storage location with questions regarding leases and sizes on available units in chorally with their move in rate for a dollar. The girl that worked there this morning was pleasant and answered my questions diligently. Despite a rainy and gloomy Friday, she was opportunistically interested in my preferences on monthly rates versus Safety, Cleanliness and Location for my property anomalies I had against other Storage businesses I visited earlier this week. The office was organized, and smelled clean. Definitely will be moving in soon!! Thank You Krystal

When my family and I needed extra space fast, Crystal was there to help us out. Crystal provided nothing but the best service and conducted herself professionally. She provided details about what the sizes, prices, and upcoming vacancies were, and drove us around the lot to show us the various possible units before we made our decision. When we needed to downgrade our unit, Crystal helped find the size and price that was right for us too. My experience was nothing but positive during the time we had the unit. If I ever need storage again, I know where Im going!

Hahahahahaha this place is a joke! We paid a $100 dollars for the smallest unit only needed it for a week lady said she will pro rate it once we close out However when we go in to close our account we go in she said we are good to go? What happened pro rate? Oh thats for next month? Does that make sense? Pro rated for the next month? Dont go here waste of money It says on the sign up front 1$ move in... Go down the street to the other one!!!!

Great experience here. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They sell boxes, mattress covers, and locks here as well. They also periodically check the locks on the storage spaces and check the grounds to make sure that nothing is amiss. The place has plenty of cameras, and a secure gate with a keypad. Storage spaces are available in a variety of sizes and you can drive up to them to unload. Highly recommended!

I love this place! Samantha was very personable yet extremely professional and never pressured me into feeling like I had to buy...and very u understanding of my needs without being nosy into my personal life and reasons for needing a storage unit save for the basic security questions and she even offered me a smaller unit than why I needed o I saved money as well...I loved my experience here and look forward to being here!

I will be moving out of this rental as soon as possible. If your late just a few days, they haggle you like CRAZY and your contacts as if your a villain or thief .. I have spent a lot of hard earned cash here and other Public Storage places... I will no longer, after I move my stuff out! Finding a more pleasurable company. The staff of girls that work here are WONDERFUL.. otherwise.. TIME TO MOVE!!

Earlier today I attended an auction at this site. I was greeted with a smile and professional attitude. The site appeared clean as I drove up and walked the auction. Jon the auctioneer was very professional and runs a great auction. I will attend again. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a great place to store your items!

I ran out of storage space mid move & Brandy helped me transfer units. During the transfer my key snapped off in the lock making it useless. I returned to the office to purchase a lock. Brandy really excelled in customer service by first trying to help fix the problem lock, and then by replacing the lock at no charge. Thank you!

I was amazed by the service I received from Tramia. Tramia was so sweet, helpful and kind. She was extremely patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions amd thoroughly explained everything to me. I definitely recommend this place of you need a storage :)
