I hate writing anything negative about anyone, and I understand company policies, but the way the lady at the front desk talks down to me and my mom everytime we go in there and its simply really really bad customer service. She is very aggressive in her tone and continuously cuts me off...Very rude Im sorry if youre reading lady or anyone at trojan storage, and I dont mean to hurt your feelings, but you really really really need to work on your customer service skills.

Horrible customer service. The manager initially showed us a large unit downstairs and accepted our AAA discount, then proceeded to take back that offer and tell is there was only a small upstairs unit for double the price available. We reserved a large one on the website for half the price of what she told us then came back to an office that closed an hour early.

I am very pleased with the experience that I had at Trojan Storage. Great first Impression. They were professional & polite and helped me get the right size storage that I needed. Low prices and the Indoor environment was perfect. I looked at a few other places in the area and by far this one was the best choice. Glad I choose them.

They were nice at first then they started try to charge for everything, held my storage hostage while they wanted $50 extra for setting the gate alarm off accident.
