EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Im a working musician and I needed a garage for my car during my 3 month visit to Sacramento. I had the pleasure of meeting Cheri & Sue who quickly got me exactly what I asked for within my price range. Their facility is extremely clean & theres always someone there keeping an eye out on the place (not to mention working cameras all around). Id definitely recommend this location! Day 1 - The first unit I received had a bit of an ant problem. That was due to some food on the ground and the ants made a home along the base of the garage door. Sue cleaned up and sprayed a little (the exterminator comes once a month) and moved me to a different unit. Cheri suggested a unit on the corner but the tight turn wouldnt allow me enough space to maneuver my 71 Cutlass :-) Anyway, we quickly found another space that was both clean & easily accessible - Other than the unit needing a light bulb (bad wiring?) it was perfect! Last Day - Closing my contract was super easy. No extra paperwork or hidden fees. I had some car trouble that day & needed help. Cheri & Sue went above and beyond and let me borrow 2 extension cords (1 of which was personal, not CubeSmart property) and their outlet to charge my back up batteries. They supplied my guests & I with water and conversation so I could completely focus on my vehicle (classic car problems :-/) Cheri & Sue - If youre reading this, my car is back to normal and I appreciate all of your smiles and hard work. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE THEY WILL GET STOLEN!!! My family had our belongings stored in here for about 5 years while my parents were in between homes. Once they found a home and were able to move their stuff out of storage, they were in shock to find that 75% of our home had been stolen straight out of the storage!! Whats even better is that my parents HAVE insurance on the storage unit but CubeSmart is not taking responsibility??? They are basically saying it is my parents fault that we lost our whole entire home, memories, photos, clothes, furniture, irreplaceable belongings, etc, even though they close the gates, they have surveillance video but it is somehow not their responsibility. Even the GM of this god forsaken place does not care and is not doing anything to reimburse them. They will rob you and not look after your things if you store here. My parents calculated and found that they have paid CubeSmart $13,000 over the last few years and for nothing!! This storage does not care about the customer, they only care about getting your money. So disappointing!!!!!! Do not store your belongings here!!!! *UPDATE* - This company told my parents that they have NO CASE because, really, "they could have stolen the stuff out of the storage themselves?" Are you serious?? WHO WOULD GO TO THESE LENGTHS IF THEY LIED??? Seriously, all my parents want is compensation for the things that they lost, which was covered by the insurance THAT THEY PAID FOR FOR YEARS! Do not store here, you will lose your things and waste your money!!!!!!!

Pricing of Cubesmart was within my budget. The unit I purchased was perfect for my needs. The service is seriously lacking however. The manager didnt know what was available when first checking out the space and conflicted with what the website stated. Once that was cleared and having to go online to reserve the one I wanted. Upon move in at 11am the office was closed with a sign stating they would return at 2pm. So I called the main number who claimed to call the manager and stated she was at the bank and should return in about 10 minutes and would inform the manager we are waiting. An hour goes by and we finally see the manager ON the property asking if we need her assistance. We verified we needed her assistance and instead of coming right to us we watcher her stop several times to clean up garbage. Once she finally came to us to do final paperwork she informed us she was onsite the whole time. If thats the case why is not a phone on the manager during these types of situations? Waiting an hour in the hot sun to wait on the manager who is actually ON SITE?! Ridiculous

Giving Cube Smart 2 stars.. Im blow away after having such poor service by "management". When my husband and I first got our unit less than a year ago (we were expecting out first child as I was 6 months pregnant, so we needed extra space) we waited probably 40 mins for the manager who lives ON SITE. As for the units, ours was a bit damp but I did a sweep and spray down (seriously, who knows what people have stored in those things) Oh and I might add one morning on the way to drop my husband off at work around 9:20am we stopped by to pay our rent for the month and was shooed away by some lady (Im assuming the manager, as I was waiting in the car with our daughter) eating a breakfast burrito. Seeing as we were there to PAY HER, it seemed a bit rude to decline us as if she didnt see my husband in his work shirt obviously in a hurry to get to work. But thats just another unfortunate encounter we have had with this gal.

Stored my sons car there.. Checked it had been broken into. Someone was living in the car. Burned paper inside the car to stay warm. The day I checked the hood was up. The lady in the office said she never saw anything. The I took the car out of there. As I was leaving homeless people walked up put the code in. Walked right in the gate the lady said nothing to them..Worst place ever to store a car..

The staff are awesome the only problem is it is definitely difficult to make payments on time. The automated system does not work and since they cannot take a payment over the phone we can only go on Saturdays cause the office closes at 6 and not home from work yet if I could get the website to work to create an account to make payments online that would be awesome but that isnt working either :(

I have recently rented a unit from here. Great prices. Clean Facility. Nice people in the office. I hate when people act like ( what do you need) at places. These people asked if there was anything they could help us with, so nice cheerful. Its just hard to find that these days. Thanks for hiring nice people that want to work.

Be warned they will raise your rent every 5 months by about 40%. Imagine every 5 months getting a rent increase to pay for the privilege of having your possession infested with cockroaches. Thanks Cubesmart! Be Cubesmart and find somewhere else to store your stuff.

Seems okay - except the doors get stuck and the rain comes right in under the doors- not good.
