The lady (manager I believe) lies to you. If you deal with the guy hes cool and will tell you one thing. But then the lady tells you the exact opposite and always in their favor. She lied to my wife and told her to pay the full months rent when my wife was giving our move out notice. Told her the remainder of whats left would be refunded. We moved out with 3 weeks left in the month and then she said NO REFUND. She said we should have only paid for what we were going to use however that was never an option she gave. Shes a liar and all to keep your money. Id find another storage location with a staff thats trustworthy.

They are super nice and helpful. On patrol on tbe propertg they saw that i put my lock on incorrectly and the called me right away so i couid cone out and fix it. I love the fact that they know what happens to their customtomer units. And are quick to call if there is a problem.

I recommend the Storage Pro in Lathrop because Lynn (the manager) is a wonderful person to do business with. She cares about her customers and provides excellent customer service. Lynn is fair, reasonable, and considerate. I give her an A+!

The customer service is excellent and the property is clean and secure. They have the best prices out of any storage facility in the area. They even have free, freshly baked cookies in the lobby! Yum.

Storage Pro is right off the Freeway I-5 in Lathrop, California. It is safe, clean, and have friendly staff. Would recommend this storage place to anyone who is in need of some extra space.

Nice clean facility. The staff (Lynn & Chris) are Great! Competitively priced too. They also own the carwash next door which is a plus. Highly Recommended!!

Too expensive. They add $20 late fees and $23.50 lien fees. Its killing me. Cant wait to move my things.
