I have had a storage unit a Rocklin for several years now. I absolutely love the people there, they are kind and go the extra mile. I have had many different size units and they are always accommodating. I have had people come up to me on golf carts to see how I was doing and even offered me water. Sometimes moving in the heat or even a bunch of stuff you can get thirsty and it was nice that they want to make sure I was ok and if I needed any help and offered a dolly, straps, and packing material. They have everything there you would need to move!

I have rented a 10 X 10 unit about 3 days ago and have only great things to say about this facility. Access is easy, the place is very clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeble. I called the day before I needed a unit, they had one at about the size I needed. I came the following day, paperwork was a breeze, and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Sign up was quick and easy, nothing was available at first but within days they called and had an open space. The given measurements were not exactly right so be sure to measure first before planning what can fit where. Unit was clean and in good condition
