As a personal rule, I oppose the idea of having a storage unit, but when my family first got one from here, I was solidly impressed. The staff are professional and kind, the grounds are clean, the units have alarms, and the manager is on-site 9 times out of 10. But this storage facility, or rather, this storage company, is a double-edged sword. For all of their great features, theyve got some glaring issues. The major drawback is the constant price hiking due to corporate mandate. I started out with a moderately sized unit, and have seen 6 price hikes in the past 3 years that have added an additional 40% to my bill. I understand the increased cost of operation present in all companies due to electricity and personnel, but its kind of ridiculous at this point. The other issue, is the apparent attitude from the corporate office towards this site. From previous employees, I have learned that corporate uses the revenue generated from smaller locations like this one to fund projects for other, larger locations in larger cities. They receive improvements that we pay for, and that we see no benefits from. There is also no discernable way for customers to voice their complaints to corporate beyond taking them to the site manager. There needs to be some accountability. Dont get me wrong, I appreciate this location, but this COMPANY needs to change its practices.

Excellent friendly customer service! I was very happy with the warm welcome we received from John. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and a true expert when he discussed their high tech security system. The facility was very clean & even had cookies for us the clients. I left Storage Pro in peace.

Clean and easy access. But there were some problems at the end with my refund. Got the run around for 8 months but then I spoke with the new manager Chris who got everything taken care of as he said he would. I appreciate the help! Keep up the good work. I was able to get my refund back. Thanks Chris ;)

I would absolutely recommend this establishment. The premises are very clean and the on-site manager Chris is AWESOME !!! He helped me find the best unit for my moving needs and was always there to assist with any questions or concerns i may have had. I will let everyone I know StoragePRO is the best :)

Been with Pro Self Storage of Stockton a long time. The first time i came to Storage Pro Stockton they gave me solutions to size and availability for my storage. The storage facility is well kept , secure, and has a great staff/management. I find convince in the Online payment or by phone.

Great service and CLEAN facility! I lost my keys during my move-in (dont ask how) and when I returned to my unit weeks later, the staff was kind enough to search (and search) lost and found and located my keys!! Saved me on lock cutting fees!
