Nice people. Nice facility. I just cant understand why I have to hunt them down each month to pay my bill. It was understandable in the beginning when they where changing over, didnt have help or whatever, but its been over 7 months and I still make at least 3 trips each month trying to find someone on site. No one hardly ever seems to be there. Yesterday, I made the trip 5 times to try to pay my bill. Still no one. There were at 6 others waiting for someone to show up. Im wasting gas always trying to catch up with you all. If you need help, hire me, I could use another job. Come on, at least get a back up person. This has gotten ridiculous. Guess I have to try again today. Third day, seventh trip. Wondering if they will try to charge me a late fee now. So upset and disappointed.

Since ownership of U-Store It changed to US Storage Centers, the monthly rate has gone up twice (in three months) to over 40% higher. Also, I used to be able to get someone on the phone immediately, though now Im routed through numerous annoying recordings, am put on hold, and after a long wait, am told I must leave a message. Not good.

Great location and convenient. All drive up units. Manger is Waylon and very knowledgeable and assisted me with all my storage needs. Was even able to buy some boxes and a lock at the same time. Highly recommend.
