The storage lockers are available from 6am to 10pm every day of the year, even holidays. I used to have a storage locker with a different company and I needed to get something I forgot on Christmas Day, but it was closed on major holidays! Extra Space Storage is available 365 days a year, before the office is open, after the office is closed, at almost ANY time I need to go over there. It is always neat and clean. Any time I‘ve needed to go in the office, Jenna and the other employees have always been helpful and efficient. Even my wife feels safe and comfortable when she needs to go to our storage unit.

Jenny was so patient and helpful. She talked to me like a friend would and I wanted to rent from her because I knew she knows her stuff! There are sales people and managers out there who talk down to customers condescendingly as though we are numb nuts. But Jenny has a way about her that made me feel it was okay to ask questions and I didnt really need to ask much because she explained things cheerfully and went through every thing on the contract. She didnt say "you have to read it and then you can tell me if you want it." Thats the difference between a good manager and one who is not. Thank you Jenny!

Sean is amazing! His customer service gets 5 stars alone! We rented 2 units from him and came to find out on moving day that we needed 1 more. Lucky for us Sean was there that day and someone had just moved out of their unit and we were able to scoop it up fast! Sean is very knowledgeable about what can realistically fit in the units and will be honest with you if you are going to rent something too big. He was able to relieve some of my stress about our temporary move. The facility also gets a 5 star as it is extremely clean & secure. All around happy we chose this location!

love this facility. the employees are extremely professional in the facility itself is incredibly clean. jenna is the employee that I usually deal with and shes unbelievable it could be months between times that we see each other but she always remembers my name as I walk through the door. shes very knowledgeable regarding everything that has to offer. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure the ground for clean in the employees are professional and knowledgeable. I couldnt be happier with the facility that I chosen.

I was extremely impressed and delighted by the excellent customer service experience I received from manager Jennifer Grasse! I felt like I was family and I was impressed by the personal and compassionate she treated myself and my children while we got our initial tour and set up our unit for storage! Best Storage Facility Around - I have had one space or another at this facility for 3 years and it has consistently been by far the best storage facility I have ever used for business or personal use. The manager is very friendly and helpful and the facilities are always spotlessly clean, well lit and very secure. I have checked pricing at other facilities, and there is not a discernable difference in price, only lesser quality of facilities elsewhere.

This is the second review Im writing for this facility because we had twice the best experience. Marcel and Jenna are customer service kings with no exaggerated promises and quality delivery of service. We moved units without any problems and the paperwork was minimal. My wife and detest dealing with anything related to an office but this office is inviting and managed well. Thank you so much for making are day go smoothly.

Just got off the phone with Sean.......This guy is amazing. Ive had my stuff here for over a year, and needed assistance quite a few times. Sean has been so helpful every time. This place is so clean, well kept, and very well managed. I highly recommend storing your things here. Dont be fooled by other places with gimmick prices. The prices here are good and I have absolutely no worries about the safety of my stuff!!

Inability to gain access to storage lockers or to talk to an attendant is legend. If an attendant is not at the desk then there is no way to get in and no way to call the attendant. Just go home. A simple thing like getting the access code to the gate is a monumental hazzle if they will even give it to you. The storage lockers have no lights so bring a big flahlight if you need to find something in the locker.

I didnt end up storing here since Im no longer in need of storage, but when I do need storage, I wouldnt want my items anywhere else! :) I was so impressed with Sean and Jennas customer service skills, I felt compelled to leave a review, even though I didnt rent!

Wow what a great experience. Andy was extremely helpful with the purchase of my first storage unit. He not only helped me get in and out quickly with confidence but also was attentive enough to help other customers at the same time. Andy also put a lock on my door when I forgot to put one on it. My Dad got a unit here and he had Andy. Andy was very helpful with my dad. Today I needed a unit and decided to go with Extra Space Storage. We also had Andy as well helping us. He was awesome. He found the best deal for us. The best customer service! The facilty is very clean and secure. The staff is great. The rates are the best Ive seen around.

The facility is clean and well maintained as well as properly lighted. I have never had problems getting to my closet. The temperature is good and the humidity low so stored items dont get musty. The staff is helpful also. I would recommend this facility to people would are looking for a place to store their extra belongings. Stephen Howard

Jenna was very professional and friendly. She was willing to show me as many units in as many areas that I wanted to see. The building was very neat and clean including the outside.
