My family and I moved to Manteca a few years ago due to a job transfer. We were new to the area and had never really used storage before, so I started researching the different places there to rent at. My 2nd call was to Security Public Storage. I spoke with Penny, shes the manager, and after we got off the phone I knew I wouldnt be calling any where else. She was so friendly and gave me lots of information about their units and security. I had no idea what to ask, but she brought things to my attention that I realized were important to think about. When I met her and her assistant (who is also her daughter) in person, I was so glad I chose to rent there. They were just as friendly as on the phone, which was nice. I could also tell they really were proud of their property, the whole place was really clean and well kept. Penny took me to see the space I was renting and we went past her maintenance man that was up on a ladder cleaning the roof of the inside of a space close by. It was overall an easy and great process getting a unit with these managers. Oh I was also pleased with the price. I didnt check but the one other place, but it was in the same range as them. I will continue to use them for my storage needs and refer them to anyone I get the chance to.

Security Public Storage in Manteca CA is the finest off-site storage facility I have had the pleasure of using in over 40 years of needing extra space to store both business records and personal items. The mother-daughter management team of Penny and Melissa are always welcoming and helpful in any way that they are able. The facility is well-maintained and cleaner than any that I have used in the past. When I moved to Manteca just over a year ago I checked various storage facilities, including the local branch of my immediately preceding storage company. Security Public Storage was far and away superior in price, service and location. One point in particular that makes Security Public Storage stand out from the others is that they make every effort to keep the customers storage costs at a minimum. They do not "up-sell" but rather try to assist the customer in using the most efficient storage unit available, and encourage customers to "down-size" as they dispose of articles in storage. Penny and Melissa are the folks to see to optimize your off-site storage needs.

I soon will be needing to store some items, and I was at Security Public Storage with a friend who has a storage unit there. I was impressed with the facility and its security cameras and alarming system. It is a comfort knowing that the people who run the office actually live on the site! If anything every happened, they would be right there to help! I asked about availability and prices, and the office ladies are so very helpful, informative and friendly!! Many places are stale and unfriendly or fake. I can tell these ladies really do care about their customers. When I am ready to rent a storage, I will for sure rent from this facility. I love that they have specials, also...and the location is great! Thank you for the great service, ladies! Your company should be very proud!

Ive been into the Manteca storage place several times with my friend, and the ladies in that office are always so helpful and nice! I asked about storage fees the last time I was in there, since I may be needing to store some items. They also told me that insurance is included, so thats a comfort, too. This place makes people feel special. Many places arent like that any more. The place is always clean and seems very secure, also. I will certainly choose this place whenever I am ready to store my belongings. Thank you to the ladies in the Manteca Security Public Storage!!

After looking at many storages I found Security Public Storage within two blocks from my home. They have great prices and access hours and the ladies in the office have always been very friendly and helpful with all my needs. They have also been very understanding with my financial difficulties that I have had after being laid off from my job. Couldnt be happier with Security Public Storage. Penny and Melissa were the friendliest managers I met with when I was trying to find a storage. Its one of the main reasons I chose them. The other reason was how clean the place was. There was no trash or junk laying around, which was nice to see after the few other places I had been to. My buddy even commented on what a nice place it was when he helped me bring stuff to my locker. I would recommend them to anyone.

Penny was very professional and helpful as she walked me through the process of renting a storage space. I was very impressed with her and Security Public Storage. My last storage place was rude, unhelpful and over priced! Here I received a 3 month discount and their prices are a lot lower than others. The site is clean and the space I rented even has a light inside! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, safe, clean and professional storage site.

I have been their since 2001, an have know The father and mother. And when they passed away, their daughter, and the daughters [daughter] took over. They have all have made me fill at home their, and that makes me feel, that my things are safe their, If the daughter had left, I would have left. It is because of them that I have stayed their this long I have stayed their, even thought I now live on my boat in stockton. A great place to store your things!

We have been very happy with Security Public Storage and have been with Penny for over a year now. She was very helpful in helping us decide on the size and type of space we needed. She keeps close tabs on what and who is on the property and makes sure our needs are met. The facility is secure and kept clean and easy to get around in. The faculty is 5 minutes from our house which makes it very convenient.

this storage has been great for us. its real close to where we live and the gate stays open late so I can get things out of my locker when I need it. the managers were professional when we set up but also very friendly. we worked with Melissa and she answered all our questions. this was our first time having to use storage and I was hesitant but I feel like my things are protected there. thanks

My experience at security public storage has been very pleasant! The managers are friendly and helpful. I was having trouble finding a moving company and Melissa referred me to a great moving company. The managers go above and beyond to help customers! On top of that the facility is extremely clean. I would recommend security public storage to all my friends and family.
