Nice atmosphere, the staff there is friendly. The music isnt too loud like at some gyms. There are plenty of cardio machines. They have single showers instead of communal. It is almost never crowded except at the typical 5:00 after work rush. My only complaint is that they only have one squat rack and one bench.
