This is the cleanest, quietest, most professionally run health club I have ever been to. I had back surgery at Xmas time and they were nice enough to put my membership on hold until I am cleared to return so I dont need to pay dues while recuperating. The staff is very professional in every way. The manager, Lisa is incredibly helpful. She has been a great help with my recovery. She knows that I am not supposed to use any weights yet and keeps an eye on me closely as I walk around the basketball courts every morning. I left another gym due the loud music, poor management etc to join CFF and the whole experience has been a pleasure. Do yourselves a favour and join CFF, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Great staff. Very friendy, helpful & kind to my children. My daughter loves it here. People at the front desk always greet you and have positive attitudes. The california family fitness on fair oaks need staff members like these people!

It IS clean, I will give them THAT. Of course the REASON it is so clean is because its insanely overpriced for a gym with NO bells or whistles. It has weights. It has exercise bikes and elliptical machines. AND NOTHING ELSE!

Way over priced! Small gym, which is fine, but the price isnt any lower, even if you get membership for one person for this location only. I wasnt impressed and decided to go elsewhere.

Fracesca is very rude and confortational im filing a formal complaint with corporate shr is very unprofessional and shouldnt be working customer service anywhere let alone a gym
