My fiancé, and I were happy members of Crunch Sacramento until 12/09/2015. We would have left much earlier if we have known that the trainer who was training us for the past 6 months had left, and was no longer employed by Crunch Fitness. Crunch Fitness Sacramento was happy to keep charging us without so much of a courtesy call or email that our trainer was no longer in their services. Apparently Crunch Fitness Sacramento, and the new training company is run by a bunch of incompetent people who dont know how to take ownership of a problem that they created. No apologies, and taking responsibility for what happened just blame the trainer who left. No "what can we do to make it right"? Not only that, but airing the private business of the gym to members very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend Crunch Fitness Sacramento or the trainer Ron who works there. Ron likes to blame the problem on the trainer who no longer works there...

I paid in advance for a years membership $139.00 plus 10 sessions with a personal trainer. $500+ in advance. On my second visit, my personal trainer had been scheduled to be trained to take over a class during my pre-scheduled visit. I did not have a personal training session that evening, however I was charged the $50.00 fee for it. After I complained I was told I would be given a free session. On the day of the free session, I was not feeling well and notified them that afternoon. I was told if I missed a scheduled session without giving a 24 hour notice I would forfeit my payment. Thats understandable, however it did seem rather one-sided. When they missed my session, they were not going to reimburse or reschedule me and they didnt give me 24 hours notice. The gym is fine. The staff is fine, but their policies are rigid and inflexible, unless it benefits them.

I love that this place has a massage bed that you could take advantage of every time you visit, depending on your tier of membership. If you dont have the right tear of membership, you can just pay $5 to use it. I also appreciate that they have bicycles with back support. Thats what I go to every single time, and sometimes I do the row machine right next to them. For anyone who cant work their legs, there is also (I dont know what its called) a thing where you can pedal with your hands instead of your feet. But there is only one of them, that I know of. Also, the staff are all very nice. I have always felt welcome there.

While the gym is ok, the customer service is horrible. After being a member for over a year, I called in July to cancel my membership in favor of crossfit. Left a voicemail and never heard back. Fast forward 2 month later, and I notice Im still being charged. Call again and am told that I need to come in and talk to a manager ( who doesnt work weekends). Go in today and am told that since no one replied to my voicemail it is my responsibilty to deal with the problem. Needless to say I cancelled and wont be recommending the gym. (Plus they charge an "annual" membership fee 4 months after enrolling

I absolutely love this gym. I fell very comfortable and inspired when I see "No Judgments" and a few other statements such as "Sweat is your bodys way of clapping"... So far all the employees are friendly and willing to help if you ask. Everyone keeps to their self. The only thing that I do not like, which only happened twice, is when girls show up in makeup, hair done, and not clothes. Its a gym to work out, get fit, and get your shape back that you are comfortable with not a meet and greet shop. Other than those two incidents, such a environment!!!

Nice gym! Really well maintained. All of the equipment (barring the occasional broken one) are in good working order. The staff is always super friendly. The membership price is AWESOME! The only thing keeping it from being "perfect" is that there are a couple of amenities that some of the more expensive gyms have that this one doesnt, but if youre looking for a place to work out, with wifi, and all the machines/weights you need, this place is just what the Dr. ordered.

This is a bargain. You can pay only $10 a month and the gym is new and the machines are kept up and it is clean. I pay $20 a month and that gets me unlimited classes and tanning as well. They have trainers - but that is separate from your gym membership. Overall it is a good gym if you just want to go and workout and not be "social". It is the perfect gym to just go in and get it done!

my husband and I was with family fitness. With the price we paid there the gym has nothing compared to Crunch. Crunch has so much more equipment to work with especially their weight room. So far the employees are friendly. But I really dont care if the employees becomes a b*****. I only come to the gym to workout not for them:)

They have everything you need. Staff do their jobs very well and accommodate customers as much as they can. I love the color scheme of the gym, and i love the functional training area, especially. Everything is clean, and there are times i just wanna stay and chill after working out cuz its got a bit of comfort to it.

The front desk employees sucks, waited over 30 minutes to get served and she had her personal conversation going on and the other employee had his conversation with a different girl just cant believe how such people can be hired all this happened on 8/8/16 at 9:15 PM, overall the GYM is good!!

Membership is cheap, and Ive never seen it packed, but maybe thats just the times that I go. Machines that get broken from heavy use usually get fixed after about 2 days or so. Wish there were more water fountains though, I think there is only two right next to each other in the entire gym.

I like this place, its everything you want to work out! The price is great. The ONLY complaint I have is that I didnt get a tour when I signed up. Yes, its a small place but I would of loved to learn of there massage machine along time ago!

Havent fixed the water fountain in years. Only time its cold is when its freezing outside. Working there must be absolutely horrible since the turnover rate is about two weeks. Nice equipment and good price though.

This gym is okay, nothing really stands out about it. The free weights are cool but some of the machines are old. If youre looking for a basic gym membership at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.

Staff are very nice here. Clean and sanitized gym equipment. NO JUDGEMENTS! Best of all the have a gyro massage that members can use freely. Locker rooms plus more!!

The monthly dues are low, they have a good variety of equipment, its clean and bright. They have WiFi and I use that to listen to Pandora when doing aerobics.
