This place is simply put, our second home. My family and I have been coming for over two years and it has changed our life. Beyond the fact that you get training that you cannot find anywhere else, you get it in an atmosphere that is more like a community center than a gym. My children take arial silks, parkour, tumbling, kung fu, jiu jitsu, acting, etc. They even have guitar lessons. There is nowhere else that you can find all of that under one roof or for that price. The media academy that just started a few months ago is one of a kind. My kids and I are in the process of making our second tv pilot with them in 6 months. The best part of the gym to me though is that they treat you like family. The owners are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, honest people I have had the opportunity to get to know and I am grateful for the influence and impact they have on my children. This place is truly a gem.

I started going to Freeflowacademy almost the day it opened since I was already being trained by Corey romines when he co founded free flow. I started practicing more often and then summer came and I went in the summer almost every single day to train. Everyone who became trainers at Freeflowacademy were super nice and real good people! Everyone there are incredible at what they do. Sadly I moved away but If you or family member or friend are looking join free flow, just know that you arent just going to be making friends.. But family. Everyone is super nice and the kids and people who train there are awesome. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE who is interested in any of the arts they offer here.

Been coming here for over 5 years. Hard to believe its been that long. Amazing experience. Great instructors. Best place around to practice parkour and freerunning hands down. My kids grew up at Freeflow and their progress in parkour and martial arts is astounding. The laid back feel of the place is so inviting. It matches the trainers and their attitudes very well. My wife loves the silks classes. Now we have an aerial silk hanging from our ceiling at home so she can practice. A wonderland for movement and fitness.

These guys need to get it together or they wont stay in business. I brought my son to class only to be turned away because our membership renews in 2 days? They tried to explain their ridiculous system, but I just left in disgust. Tried to email them about it, but their site is worthless. Cant think of a worse way then to let your customers vent their frustration on the web. Shame on who ever is running this place

During the last 3 years, I have watched my children become body-strong and confident athletes at Free Flow. They understand risk, and they take strong, powerful action safely. This is not a shiny, slick gym with neon lights and a spa. This is a real-life, get sweaty gym with an environment of supportive and kind coaches who will help anyone who wants to improve their fitness and develop their skills.

Fantastic! Brought my kids here for a change of pace in P.E. they loved the class all the staff was kind, friendly and ready to help. The gym is obviously loved and everyone there creates a welcoming sense of community, I cant wait to watch my children progress here surrounded by the amazing staff! So great.

The free trial for my kids were awesome. Doug went out of his way to show my boy how to back flip after the class. Next day I went back and they were willing to work with me exactly what I needed. One of the best experience I have had in regards for finding a good class.

Free flow Academy is the is the only place I have been in life and truly felt like I belonged there. Sadly, I had some issues and had to stop for 2 years; but Im coming back ready to train my mind and body to do Incredible things. Not just parkour, but freerunning too.

Brought my son to a friends birthday party here and was so pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem right here in rocklin! Watching the staff was just amazing, they could charge just to watch, and were all so great too! My son cant wait to come back and take a class.

This was the worst experience my kids had. It was the dirtiest facility that they have ever been to. There were hand prints all over the place, unvacuumed floors, and even people cutting there nails I will never send my kids there agian..gross..
