I am not a gym person. Not at all. But I needed to make a change in my health so I am making the effort. I am SO thankful I found Motion! I cant say enough good things. Great people, clean equipment, wonderful atmosphere, and an attitude of acceptance. I haaaaate the aggressive, negative "gym scene" and Motion is anything but. 10/10 would recommend.

Im a member here. Very clean and comfortable environment. I recently went through a hard time and had not gone to gym in a while. Lori reached out many times in the last month and I explained my personal hardships and I am going back!!!! It is very nice to feel encouraged to keep going.
