Womens locker room exposes you to the lobby so you have no privacy while there are men walking by! The owner harasses you while you are in the shower..so I demanded a refund. The staff is very snobby and gossipy.. talking about so-and-so "blow-dries her hair and leaves all this hair and I have to clean it up". This is by far the most unprofessional yoga studio I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been too many Bikram yoga studios all over the United States. When you get out it is so hot you are sweating so profusely and it is a breeding ground for harmful bacteria, mold, and, fungus to grow. The locker room is so small and hot there are people changing in the bathrooms. Everyone complains how hot it is in a locker room. There is a fan on the wall and a tiny little fan that are both so old they dont cool the place down or circulate air. It is obvious the owner is so cheap she cant even put ANY money into making her locker room comfortable for her clients. Her priorities are about pocketing money for herself.

I have been practicing Bikram Yoga here off and on for the past few years, resuming most recently in July 2017. In the last 5 weeks of Yoga and a reduced calorie diet Ive lost almost 15 pounds and I can actually touch my toes again! My body feels great and the increased flexibility has benefited my surfing and overall wellness. I find that its easy to keep going to Bikram Yoga (as opposed to a gym, which never worked for me). I cant say enough about the great instructors there as well. Donna, Ali, Michael, Cecilia, Lorraine, Marce (and Im sure the couple of others that I havent seen) are all on point with clear instructions and are quick to make sure everyone is using proper form and receiving the maximum benefit for wherever theyre at in terms of flexibility. The facility has showers and mat/towel service if needed. In short, this place is awesome and I highly recommend!

Clean clean clean! No stinky smell, no sticky/stinky carpet. The carpet they have is some microfiber antibacterial stuff that feels good on the feet and just plain clean. Got a great feeling about this. The heat is about right, although Ive been in hotter rooms. Perhaps turning the heat up just a bit? Probably the studio did not want to scare away any new clients?! But the pacing for the 26 postures is in line with what Bikram is all about. Great access for parking and very nice reception area. Cecilia was very informative and constructive with her advice. Perhaps add a bit about what each posture is all about (what is this posture doing to your body-- would be great once in awhile). I think I will probably be a member here. Ive been practicing for about 6 months at Costa Mesa (which I totally LOVE) but change is always good. : )

We are very lucky in southern cali to have many yoga studios to choose from. This Bikram studio in HB is one of my favorites. I love the energy here. The staff is extremely interested in seeing students succeed. Their passion to yoga is very evident . The studio itself is immaculate and welcoming. It is located upstairs, so you sorta have this feeling that you are rising above the stresses of everyday life, to practice in a safe space. I would highly recommend this studio.

Great venue, new, open, clean, smells good. Its my favorite studio Ive been in, the carpet they use is great. The owner Donna is awesome, and Ive had a variety of great teachers, my personal favorite is Wendy, she brings such a calm energy to her classes but Ive never felt unsatisfied by a teacher or class. Good deals on class packages too, if you practice Bikram this is definitely the best studio in the area

This is the BEST studio around. The studio is manicured and thoroughly cleaned after EVERY class. It is beautiful and tranquil and the perfect place to practice. The teachers are incredible and the peaceful environment is just what any yogi needs. You MUST try it out!!

I have been a regular at this studio now for the last year or more. It is consistently GREAT! Super helpful nice instructors, clean and a great supportive environment. They offer a low cost "community class" on their schedule - check it out and come give it a try!

This studio is brand new, spacious, welcoming and very clean. I have had classes with Nadine, Donna, Megan and Christian and they have all been great. There are showers and towel service plus plenty of parking in that plaza.

Ive been to quite a few Bikram studios, from east coast to Seattle, from NorCal to SoCal, this is my favorite studio! It offers state of the art facility. Teachers have great energy. Highly recommended !

The studio, itself, is lovely. However, the staff is atrocious. If I could only transplant the kind, aware and caring staff from my previous studio, it would be perfect. What a waste. Cest la vie!
