This gym has so much potential to be a nice place to workout and unwind, but over the years has been allowed to deteriorate and take on a depressing atmosphere. The audio and screens on the cardio equipment rarely function properly, water barely trickles out of the faucets in the womens locker room (forget there being soap in the dispensers), the place needs a repainting in something less than drab, and the music is usually loud, uninspiring, and bad. I did notice that some of the aging equipment has been fixed, which is nice, and the people who work out here are largely respectful. I do wish the parking would be extended to 2-1/2 to 3 hours, as I have been caught several times having to pay.

Dirty-ass gym that has been abandoned and neglected by its owner while they continue to rake in money from it. It is truly one of the worst gyms anywhere in terms of cleanliness, broken equipment and parking. Water in the bathrooms barely trickles out of the faucets slower than urine out of a 90-year-old mans dehydrated bladder. Absolutely no excuse for such low water pressure. What ARE we actually paying for with this gym? Some gym employees are nice and friendly, while others are rude and dont give a rats ass about being bothered to acknowledge you when you walk in. If you have any other option for another 24 Hour Fitness in the area, use it, this one is awful.

They claim this is a super sport even though it isnt listed as one, nor do they even have that on any of the 24 Hour Fitness logos or signs on the building (nor does it seem to be any different from a Sport). End up here by accident without a super sport membership and theyll give you the option to upgrade (aka hand them more money) or go to another club 10 miles down the road. Im tired of this corporations gimmicks as well as their nasty unkempt and over-crowded clubs. Ive had memberships with five different gyms now, if you have a Planet Fitness in your neighborhood (and arent a serious body builder) thats the club to go with. Avoid 24 hour fitness like the plague.

This Gym is NOT the environment for serious fitness types❗Staff are Ok, but Dont be fooled by the big story building! Every time I came here , its not only a Mess but some of the people are Extremely Immature! Why are some Watching others MORE than they work out! Why do they give Dirty looks, why the Aberration, why do some have the needs to try & show off! Like any serious goer, were here to work out, NOT FOR THESE CHILDISH ANTICS! If I wanted to be that Immature I wouldve stayed in junior High School!! If ur a serious fitness goer than AVOID THIS GYM❗❗❗❗

I just joined the Super sport recently. They had a special for upgrade and couldnt pass it up. I go super early in the morning.(3-4 am) There are plenty of machines and weights. I always see them cleaning it at night so its dirty from the day before. It doesnt bother me though. The biggest issue I have is that the t.v. screens mounted on only few of the machines are usually broken. I walk around just trying to find one that works and they dont seem to fix them. If im shelling out more money for a super sport, than the equipment should be working.

Its a alright place I go every Saturday and sunday. They have more free weights so I dont have to wait long . But again ppl never put the weights back, I see towels everywhere on the floor ,the men locker room is full of dirty towels and I work out in the morning early morning I dont think they should be stack up so high. They need the staff to go around every other hour to pick up or put away weights and towels. When I use weights I put them away ppl that work out there look at me like I was doing something wrong. Its simple you use you put it away.

I came in after calling to dispute a hidden fee, charged to my membership.The phone representative told me I needed to come in to the club to be refunded. ****Manager Erin***** was apathetic and literally laughed at my distress! Then after wasting my time, she informed me to visit the Bella Tera club and have them deal with it. I did, and they recognized there was an error, I was being charged for 2 memberships monthly since January. And refunded me the last payment. As far as the gym itself, Saunas are broken and equipment is pretty dirty.

So i called in was transfered to anthony his name did sound familiar (not in a good way) anywho i asked him about the membership promotion i had recieved in my email and right away he said okay yea what about it? Then he said you do know its a super sports club right? Damn talk about poor customer service the price was a little too pricey for what i could afford i would have taken the deal but with service like that id rather drive all the way to harbor very good customer service its not the quantity but quality.

I HATE THIS GYM!!! Security and management are NOT dependable. 2 iphones were stolen in the gym while we were playing basketball. Some members witnessed and reported to the manager. However, the Manager refused to help to track down the theives and refused to review the tapes while members/witnesses are willing to identify them to stop this theft going on in the gym. Equipments are great but if they are allowing CRIMINALS to go in and out of the gym. this is not a safe place to work out.

DONT get hurt at a 24 hour fitness. I sprained my ankle badly playing basketball around 930 pm. Their first aid stuff was locked up (why?), and they wheeled me out to my car in a desk chair. Theres a nice basketball court with some benches and nice buffer zone around the court. It can get pretty crowded, but its not too difficult to get a run in if you put your name on the list and pay attention. Theres a few ballers too, everyone is generally pretty friendly.

I need to swim for my cardio, but the pool is really disgusting. The water isnt clear. Normal pools are supposed to be clear -- you can see everything under water. But here at this 24-Hour Fitness, you cant see beyond one meter deep into the pool. Plus, if you are unlucky enough to get water in your mouth, it tastes really salty. I got an infection in the eye for swimming there, I really hope theyll clean it up before people get sick. Steer clear!

The pool area is gross. Ancient and dirty just like the exercise equipment. Partly the equipment has already turned black so youre not sure is it dirt or mold? Also wondering if their filter system is even functional and if they use any sort of sanitizer to keep the water clean? I have doubts. Stay away, stay healthy. If there was the opportunity to rate no star at all, this club deserved it. 1 star is for the staff who was really friendly.

This place actually deserves zero stars due to their parking setup. Ever since they replaced the human parking booth attendants with these automated machines, its been nothing but issues when I try to exit the lot near Avenue of the Arts side. To add, their workout machines are always dirty and broken, either from a worn out cushion to a missing pin to lock the weights. Cant wait until I find a better alternative. Uuggh!
