Im updating my rating down to a 1 star. During my visit to workout, Ive noticed several different machines were malfunctioned and what appears to have been not so very clean equipments. I am not surprised because as I was leaving, I noticed employees just standing around and talking to each other at the front counter. The managers need to get it together and reconsider how they can run this place better! ...................................... I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to workout. 24 Hour Fitness online location shows this gym as Super Sport but it was confusing when I got there and had to ask the front counter to verify that it was. The first three machines I jumped on werent working properly. I hope they work on improving the machines and make it a better experience for new comers!

had appointment with health fitness consultant today at 2:00pm with a certified fitness certified personal trainer. I was at the center waiting for trainer to show up for my appointment. I was told he tried to confirm the appointmment and was unable to get in contact with me. I dont know what is sufficient time to confirm but I was at the center since 11:30am taking a class and had turned off my phone. Very disappointed for my 1st visit.

Great gym I have been coming for almost 2 years and it has terrific staff and various equipment. The place is usually busy from dawn til late night. Only negative is the place isnt always organized sometimes weights and other equipment may lie on the floor but the workers try their best to organize everything. Overall a good gym worth the monthly fees.

Clean pool, sauna and steam room. The gym is always busy, but the equipment I need is usually available, like free weights and the rowing machine. The staff is friendly and not pushy about signing up for additional services. I can compare this gym to Oxnards super sport and the head super sport gym in San Ramon.

Wish steam room was on and working til 11pm but its off by 9:30 and sauna is overly crowded for the same reason they need to extend hours badly... It never fails and getting overly annoying for those who gym at 9 if u work out first no steam for you .lol .

Come here twice a day no complaints it does often get crowded between rush hour time 5 to 8 but other than that can enjoy a great workout at my own pace and the staff is awesome always there always helpful always friendly

I love this gym! Very clean and spacious. All the members are amazing! Regina, the manager is super friendly and helpful. The kids zone is definitely my sons favorite. Love coming here!
