Dear Google +ers, It is not often, in life, that we are given the opportunity to meet (and do business) with a genuinely Great person and/or business. A person or business that treats its customers with; such reverence, such dignity such unbound respect that it sets them far, far above all the rest of the businesses in their respective category. I come to you, today, to speak of just such a business, and the person who owns said business. . The Business is H.B Computrz of Huntington Beach and the man is its owner, Amir! Over the past four decades I have worked; for and with many technology companies; Tel-Us, LTD (of Beverly Hills – a Telephone/Telex Company), Startel (a maker of Automatic Call Distribution Systems here in Irvine), A.T.&T., and many, many more. I have had the opportunity to work with and for these communication corporations. Many of these are giants n their respective fields. However, when it comes to personal/small business; computer repair, communication services, Information Technology services I can think of none that compare with H.B. Computerz in; professionalism, quality of service, dedication to client needs, and quick and effective computer repairs and upgrades. . Let me tell you of my personal experience with H.B. Computerz, and then you can be the judge! . The computer operated, but the video chip has stopped working. I called around to many of the other computer repair places. Only to find them very ‘Cost Prohibitive’! I mean one wanted $350.00 just to look at my notebook. Others told me “You would be better off buying a new computer, than repairing that old one!” That, My Dear Yelpers was the most hurtful of all! I had sat behind its keyboard and monitor for more thaan six years. I had penned some of the very best works I had (to that point) published. Yet, as soon as my computer grew ill, I was supposed to just dump it? Toss it aside for some new and fancy ’Surface’ device? Nope, that is not gonna happen! . Then, I called H.B. Computerz and I first spoke with Amir. Amir understood my dilemma. Amir told me “Bring it in, we will take a look at ti, and I will give you a good deal!” I was overjoyed at the prospect that I would have my ‘Writing Computer’ BACK… and WORKING! . Luckily H.B. Comptuerz is conveniently located on Beach Blvd. just a few blocks south of where I was. My caregiver assisted me in getting into my power chair, and we hopped on to a bus. Within moments I was standing in front of the door of H.B. Computerz! I was hesitant. This notebook computer had seen me through some of the toughest time in my recent life. Aided me in giving me voice on the web, and on occasion helped me with an Indiegogo campaign to raise the money I needed for my power chair! This computer meant the world to me, and I was fixing to hand it over to a stranger! . I entered the door of this business with great trepidation. However, once inside H.B. Computerz I was pleasantly and enthusiastically by one of Amir’s technicians. I explained that I had talked to Amir… Immediately, he turned around… spoke to someone, and then turned back and said “Hang on one moment, Amir will be right here to help you!” . WOW! What personalized service! I am not used to meeting the owner of a business upon entering! I was relived and glad all at the same time. I had spoken with Amir on the telephone, He understood my dilemma and the problems I was having with my computer. Within moments I was talking to Amir. He put my mind to rest. He explained what his technicians were going to do. He explained the $50.00 “Evaluation Fee’ and how that fee would be applied to any costs of repairs and replacements.

HB Computers has helped me greatly in the past & recently with me I-Mac at home. I am a loyal customer of just over two years now. They recently replaced the Solid State Drive in my 27" I-Mac in my home office, with Data Transfer & re-Loaded Operating System; all this was done within 2 business days. However, I was in need of more technical services at my work. I was having problems with my Server at my business, I run Windows Server 2012 R2, which works as RAID Controller. I called & spoke with AMIR, told him my server died & not boot properly & keep beeping constantly. So I dropped it off at HB Computers & Paid a $75 Diagnostic Fee. Got a call back next day. They replaced the power supply & I picked up my Server on the second business day. When I got it back to my shop I was having problems with setting up my new QuickBooks Software at my Auto Body Shop in Costa Mesa, CA. These guys took care of business, as I just got the latest version of QuickBooks and 2 new printers at my location. I have 5 employees plus myself & truly cant afford to have any "Down Time", during the workweek. So, on a Saturday, they were able to install the newest version of QuickBooks that I bought, connect both new LaserJet Printers to our Network, and even did a wonderful job of cable management using zip ties and some flexible plastic tubing. Amir gave me a great price for the work done at my Shop in Costa Mesa & they even stayed a little while longer to set up my Outlook Software 2016 (calendars, contacts, notes) exactly the way that I wanted. Their level of professionalism & efficiency has really amazed me. I consider myself a customer for life at this point. Upon entering HB Computers (located @ Beach Blvd & Cypress), you are greeted with the smiles of employees whom truly love what they do & its obvious they really do like solving both simple & complex IT & Computing issues. They like the challenge of troubleshooting and repairing devices. Rudy (Technician) at HB Computers was such a big help to me explaining the dos & donts of my daily routine operations, such as virus scans & Spyware Scans. Its true, I just follow their professional advice & have had no problems so far. HB Computers really does have the "BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND". ONE STOP SHOP WHERE MULTIPLE SERVICES ARE OFFERED, GIVE THEM A TRY, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Let me start by saying these guys are worth every penny, the 5-star reviews are accurate, stop your search and go to HB Computers. You will be happy for it. While on business my 2- year-old macbook pro hit some disorder and water spilled all over the keyboard and it instantly shut off, never to turn on again. Evidently computers dont like baths. In that instant, both my computer and my spirits died, as I had hundreds of critical personal and professional files -- dozens of which had been generated since my last back up. After getting off the plane, I hurried to the Apple Store, waited for a Genius and once I walked up to the bar was promptly told that AppleCare doesnt cover the damage, but my options were the following: 1) Take it to a data recovery company and then return to apple to pay Apple a minimum of $750 to ship my non-working laptop. 2) Take it to a data recovery company and buy a new macbook pro. The cost benefit analysis, given the options, I was about to buy a new macbook pro while I Googled data recovery options in Huntington Beach. After some research, the number of rave-reviews HB Computers had received impressed me. They seemed both honest and fair. Although it was only 2 hours before closing, I called, spoke to Amir on the phone who agreed to look at my macbook pro. I got in the car and got there right at closing. I paid a $50.00 diagnostic fee - They were able to get back to me right away and took the time to explain to me the situation with my macbook. This thoroughly impressed me. Most businesses just take your money and finish the job, but Amir contacted me every step of the way keeping me updated. First they were able to recover my data from an otherwise dead hard drive. Then they replaced the logic board and imported all of my data back on. It was as though I had received a brand new laptop back with all of my important data. Given the nature of their work, I hope not to be back, but if I need them or encounter those who do, I would be back in an instant. Accidents happen, but so do miracles. Thank you HB Computers!
