when my sister brought her phone to crack my phone a couple of her very personal pictures ended up being the most recent pictures in her photos! Mind you these were already in her deleted files. The last picture that shouldve been on her phone when she got it back should have been the screenshot they had to do on the phone to make sure the home button worked. When we got there they told her they did not have the parts at the moment so they would call her when it was ready but that they needed the code.They finally called us 3 hours later told us it was already ready they were just busy I guess. When she got the phone back 11 pictures that were from different time frames in the recently deleted were brought back to the most recent photos. There were plenty of pictures in the deleted album but the only ones that were brought back to the very beginning were the inappropriate ones . Also crack my Phone says that they do not back up the phones so there is no reason why those pictures should be there.When my sister called to speak to the manager, the guy that fixed the phone told us the manager wasnt there. Then I called and asked to speak to the manager he said he wasnt there then when I became more upset and asked again to speak to the manager he finally let me talk to him. when I had told the manager that his employee just told me that he wasnt there he was like "why did you tell her I wasnt here " (unprofessional ) already a bad sign about his employees . When I explained to the manager (Todd) about what was going on he didnt seem worried until I told him that I was going to write my review on yelp on what happened then he said for me and my sister to come in and discuss things first. So we came in today and we showed him how certain inappropriate pictures were brought back and how it was literally after we gave it to them,his response was that he knows his employees and they have no reason to save our pictures,that it wasnt logical. He was not remorseful what so ever. when I explained to him that it didnt matter whether or not he doesnt think its logical for his employees to do something like its the fact that theres clearly proof that specific photos were brought back, I guess he was realizing that my point was essentially more valid he said " oh sometimes random pictures get restored for some reason " which didnt make any sense because they said they dont back up phones or plug it into the computer all they do is fix the screen so to make sure we even called apple to see the ways pictures can get restored back to your phone without doing that and they said the only way possible is if you plug it in to a computer, other than that there should be no way or even a glitch of photos coming back unless there was some kind of activity on the photo. So when I had told the manager she should get her money back he was still giving me problems even with that and said basically if he gave the refund how would he know we wouldnt sue him we left after that because we felt that it would be better to get justice from this place.

Passing by many times as Im out & about in the area, I kept a mental note on Crackedmyphone in case I needed work on my phone. When my phone went kaput after the allotted amount of time covered by the warranty from another wireless phone repair shop who previously serviced my phone, I went to Crackedmyphone with the hopes of having an operable phone again w/o spending a lot. I mustve wore my lucky jeans that day, because the gentlemen working the desk quoted me on a fair price & threw in a discount, too! I was told the service would take a few hours, which was fine with me. I left my phone within their capable hands & went on with my daily errands. Calling up from home to see if my phone was ready, I quickly sped to the parking lot & had my working Galaxy SIII with its beautiful color screen in my grasp. Yes! Its a great feeling seeing your phone go from horse poop to technological marvel once again. Free plastic screen protector, too! Its been several weeks & no problems with my phone. No complaints here with the service provided by Crackedmyphone. I highly recommend visiting Crackedmyphone when youre in need of having repairs on those oh so fragile smartphones. I called to get a price to have an Android phone google account bypassed and Christian quoted me $40.00. I drove to the store and Christians boss told me the price would be $80.00. I explained to him I was already quoted a price of $40.00. He got on the phone, Im assuming he called Christian and he asked him why is he quoting that price. Once he gets off the phone he says the best we can do is $60.00. Today I spoke with Christian again and he said, "it was a mistake, everybody makes mistakes, dont you make mistakes" then went on to say, "Why would you even want to pay to unlock a Galaxy Grand Prime the phone is only worth like $60 bucks". This company totally disregards the importance of quality customer service. I wouldnt recommend Cracked Myphone Cellphone & Computer Repair to anyone base on POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unfortunately I had to click one star for rating to post this review otherwise I would have left all the stars blank.

I got my Iphone6 screen fixed at this place about 2 months ago & now my phone doesnt work.The screen replacement was fine. But when I got it back my screen would turn black out of no where but I ignored it because I thought that it was just me accidentally pressing the shut off button.When I also got it back it was like if my battery was loose?? Im not sure if thats what it is but when I tilt my phone I hear like somethings inside moving.. And it wouldnt do that before.Like I can shake my phone & I hear like (I think its the battery) hitting the insides of the phone..My phone now turns off at 50% and gets a grey light and just shuts off and when I turn it back on its at 1%. Can you let me know if the problem is the battery so that I can get it fixed again. ASAP

WOW, I never know one place could do so much. I was devastated when I dropped my IPhone, but as soon as I went into Cracked MyPhone I felt better about the howl thing. Not only did they fix my phone in 30 min, but Todd the owner put a complimentary screen protector on my phone for me. This was such a pleasant experience Todd really knows what he is doing and he took the time to explain to me what did to my phone. It looks like I had gotten a new phone and the best part is he also gave me a 90 day warranty!! Who does that on a repair!! Thanks Todd and Cracked Myphone I know I will see you soon LOL I just hope not to soon...
