I paid $151.20 on 08/18/15 to have the screen replaced on my galaxy S4. I was told they only use OEM parts. I have a strong suspicion the part used was a cheap knock off. I noticed right away the colors were off and a few weeks later the screen went black. I took the phone back to yourtronics repair (coincidentally the person in front of me was also having problems with hes Samsung screen repair) I was told that I cracked the LCD even though the phone shows no damage. He pointed to the perfect rectangular line where the screen meets the phone as "the crack" that caused my LCD screen to no longer work. I asked him what could cause a perfect laser edge rectangular crack and his only explanation was "pressure". I am tempted to have a professional take apart the phone just to prove the parts are not genuine OEM and the LCD is not cracked. There are plenty of places that repair electronics, I would avoid yourtronics they do not stand by their parts or their workmanship.

I walked into this shop on a Sunday. It was open, and the guy greeted me. I said "can I ask you a favor? I need an inch of solder." Solder is this thin and easy to melt metal. It is sold for 100 feet for $6. I didnt want to buy it because i really only needed an inch. He said "we are closed today if you can come back tomorrow..." I said "I dont need any soldering done. I just need an inch of solder." Its like asking for an inch of string. And its right behind him. Actually string would be harder to give because you need scissors to cut string; you can tear solder with your fingers. Its literally a 2 second job. Instead of doing all that talking, he could have given the solder. :) I can not emphasize this enough, an inch of solder is not even a cent. He said "We are closed, I am with a customer." Pathetic. Embarrassment of human race.

I was recommended by a friend to use these guys as my phone was smashed to pieces (VERY unfortunate accident), They fixed it perfectly! It was smashed like you wouldnt believe and bent too, I didnt think it would be fixable, but I was wrong! I was surprised at how much less of a cost it was than Apple! Im sure if I had gone to Apple they would have told me I had to buy a new one... They also offer a tempered glass option on replacement for an extra fee which is well worth it if you are as clumsy as I am. Need to get my computer fixed so will definitely be back soon. The gentleman on the front desk has great customer service and was super lovely. I would just like to note that I do not know them other from this experience, I just think that good businesses deserve good praise :)

This place rocks! My friend referred me after I was about to pay more to drive farther and leave my phone for 4 hours. When I called & they offered to fix my screen & LCD for $75 less and theyd be done in 20 mins? I didnt believe it! But they were done before I even got my fast food across the street! On top of that the screen looks brand new. Ive broken many phone screens and they dont use the cheesy screens. My phone looks good as new & I saved time & money. What more can you ask? Glad I have a new spot to trust whenever my phone breaks next!!! Thanks Yourtronics!!!

Sean is amazing I came in here to get a screen protector he gave me a glass protector for an amazing price and He was also offering to change my screen for a good price because its broken the customer service was amazing super friendly and fast, of all the places I have looked into no one even comes into comparison with Yourtronics, they get you in and out with amazing quality repairs, and there prices beat anyones in this side of the OC.

My first time here, I brought my water damaged Macbook Pro here after Apple had given me a $750.00 estimate to repair it. Sean and his team repaired it for less than half the cost and within one day of dropping it off!!!!! My second visit, I came in with a broken iPhone screen and they repaired it within 15 minutes. Most friendly and efficient repair shop in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area!!

Ive just called and dropped off a computer for work and w/o any work being done yet Im impressed by the office, the woman I spoke to over ph and greeted me at drop off, and overall attitude of the location as I entered the store. Do yourself and them a favor by making notes of what problems you may have w/computer before you call them or come to store.

Yourtronics has repaired my cracked phone screen three times in the last year. (Im really clumsy) every time that Ive gone in Ive had a wonderful experience. Absolutely great experience. I broke my iPhone 5S screen last weekend and after calling many places they offered the best price and warranty. And they replaced my screen for me in under 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!! Also very easy to find---right next door to 7-eleven and Als Pizza. Extremely nice people and would recommend to everyone. I will be back:)
