I have been very impressed with the performance and professionalism that I have received from KIS computers. This goes back to 2001. Over the years, all members of the company from technicians in the field, sales and support in the offices and the management, have been very responsive to our technology needs especially as it relates to prompt delivery of service. I have worked with other companies but their workmanship and ethics are second to none. As an example, the week of July 18, 2010, we needed to have some setups done urgently for a professional development. I made one request and I received 3 return calls. The crew was out the next business day and completed the setups in two days. This is the kind of support we need as a school especially in these difficult times when funding is so limited. Thanks KIS. Special thanks to my sales associate, Sophia and her assistants, the installation team of Peter, James, Jeffrey, Johnny, Todd, Andy as well as Cliff, the printer technician. My administrator was very impressed with the custom design and assembly of the multimedia cart solution for our instructional staff. Keep up the great work. I work as a computer technician at Pacoima Middle School in the Los Angeles Unified School District, and my job is made infinitely easier by the incredible work done by this company. Whether it is setting up a repair call with Heidi, obtaining a potential purchase quote from Cindy, or working with an actual technician like Valentín, it is always a professional, helpful and relatively quick process. We are so very grateful to have KIS as tech support for our many Apple computers. They never fail to respond to our repair requests within 24 hours and whatever problem we reported is "cured" (no recurring problems!). Our tech questions are answered with expertise and clarity. We dont know how wed manage without them. The techs who come out are competent, considerate (theyre quiet and quick in the classroom)-- i.e., in all ways highly professional. KIS Computers is your first call. We found KIS Computers originally as an authorized Apple tech support, but ended up purchasing our backup network system as well. I spoke with Robert Ramirez about possible solutions, and his expertise has been an invaluable asset to our tech team since then. We had an issue with 1 of our orders, and their customer service was wonderful. We also needed an ELMO, and they were more than happy to demo the product, which made the purchasing process so simple. I have been using KISs services for years (10 years). Theyre prompt, efficient, professional. Cant say enough about what a great company it is. Dependable is key.
