Xpress is an understatement! I was originally looking for another place nearby that does screen repairs when I stumbled upon iTech Xpress. These guys are awesome! I brought my daughters Samsung Tab 3 in to replace the glass that she shattered 6 months ago. They quoted me $59 and said it would be done in one hour. I told them I would be back in an hour and a half (just in case they needed more time. After all, they were other people there waiting for their repairs). So I leave to get a few things done and almost exactly an hour later, Im getting a call from iTech Xpress letting me know that the tablet is ready!!! Thats impressive! Their store is clean, there are other products available for purchase (I might look into a few cases from here), and their customer service is great! Both gentlemen I spoke with were very friendly and courteous. If you are familiar with the Charter Oak/Glendora area, iTech Xpress is on Arrow and Bonnie Cove in the Vons/CVS/Round Table shopping center. I gladly recommend iTech as a repair service provider. Although I hope not to NEED their service, I know where to go when/if I do!!

Alright people, listen up. Got a tech problem? Your first and only stop should be iTech Xpress. When my laptop broke down, I took it to the Apple Store not once, not twice, but three times. Three different people, but all the same verdict: Sorry, but your laptop is as good as dead unless you pay $600 and wait a week for repair. I found iTech based off others good reviews, which are more than well deserved. Joe fixed my laptop within days, and charged only half the price. Even when the problem persisted and yet another Apple Store pronounced my laptop dead (seriously, Apple?), Joe fixed it up again. Hes kind, honest, hardworking, and a full-on miracle worker in all things technology. Plus, he has a cute doggo. 100/10, would always recommend.

This is my go to place for a cracked iphone screen. The service is quick, attentive, and top notch. Arthur was able to quickly help me over the phone and provide me with details and directions to the store. He greeted me very nicely and was quick to get my phone in their queue. The worst feeling is when your iphone is so cracked you cant even use it! Rest assured Quick Fix will get it fixed properly and offer warranty if anything goes wrong. Arthur also suggested that I added the screen protector so I can avoid this from happening. Visit these guys whenever your iphone needs fixing- they are quick and open until 9pm! Thank guys.

Thank you for you service today, I came in with a cracked screen for my galaxy s5, and everywhere I called said it would be over $200 and I would have to leave my phone overnight. Not only did you replace my Screen within 2 hours, the price less than $100, Your Courtesy in explaining everything for me, and you didnt make me feel that any question was dumb. I would give no stars if I could. I have heard great things about this place so i decided to try it out. Total rip off. I brought my phone in that had a broken glass and a pink line going down the side. They quoted me $120. I agreed and left. When i came to pick up my phone he claimed it would then cost $250 because the LCD was broken. Told me that they quoted me $120 because they didnt see the MASSIVE pink line that goes down the side. Then told me the line goes "in and out". Nope. It doesnt. It never has.

My husband found Itech a few months ago very nice people and excellent service we have gotten 3 phone screens fixed and an IPad and I told my parents about it and they have had two phones fixed and an iPad screen that was really damaged and everything works perfectly. My daughters iPhone 6 got turned away from other places saying it was dead to sell it or say it was stolen and thats when my husband found itech not only were they able to fix it, but the price was so affordable. This is the place to go.

I was told about itech and the person that sent me there was sure that my battery problem in my phone could be taken care of. Sure enough, after being told by 5 different places of business and on line, it was replaced and working great. these other people would rather have seen me throw away my expensive phone and buy a new one rather than fix it by replacing the battery and connecting the broken cable. Attitude, integrity, honesty...I will go there again!

My mom took her phone in for a cracked screen. They replaced it for $225. A day later there is a pink line all the way down the phone. She took it back and they told her thats normal. Umm, $225 for a new screen with a pink line down the entire phone? $225 down the drain.They use cheap screens that dont work properly. Dont take your devices here. I should have told her to go to my normal repair shop down the street. Beware!

I wish there were more stars I could give. After going to 3 or 4 shops this shop at itech express located in Glendora next to vons was able to fix my horribly cracked fone in less than 30 minutes I was so excite to here that my phone was ready. The cost of the repair was 86. which is awesome most places try to charge you more than what it should be. Highly recommend this place you wont be disappointed trust me.

Great experience overall! Only took them 15 minutes to fix my glass for my iPhone. Ive been to many places to fix my phone(clumsy I know l). Most of them cost too much or take a long time to fix my glass. However once I arrived at Itech express, they greeted me with great customer service and started fixing my phone right away. Very happy with the result and so far the lowest price Ive encountered

Joining the chorus of others recommending this place. My refurbished iPod Classic busted, and he was very knowledgeable and kind about the job. I also feel that for the amount of work it appeared to require, the price was definitely reasonable. An extended warranty even came with the work, and he put in better components than initially came with it. Highly recommend. Dont go anywhere else!

They "fixed" my daughters phone screen with a cracked screen, didnt put it on properly so the blinking light is pushed inside not in the correct spot, and the screen isnt seated properly to close. On top of that it took 2 days to do this and when I went in to pay they were helping other people that walked in after me until I finally told them no way and to get my daughters phone.
