Bought their most expensive desktop. DVD player doesnt work half the time. After only a couple of months I had a technical problem and they blamed it on software so not covered by warranty. I knew their solution was wrong!! They wouldnt listen. Two days later it was still on the shelf waiting to be fixed. I finally told them their solution was wrong and I could tell the guy wanted to choke me. He said nothing but you could see it in his face! Brought the computer home. Boy had they messed it up. I finally fixed the problem myself. Now I cant go back there. Guess Ill have to get the DVD player replaced somewhere else. Grrrr!

I first went to Priceless Computer in 2005 to buy some additional hardware, (hard drive and floppy drive) with OEM software and received a bargain deal. Never had a problem with anything Ive purchased. I am always amazed at how low their prices are. Many of their super low priced deals involve older hardware and this might not appeal to all all buyers who want the cutting edge. But for those replacing old drives that no longer work, this place has unbeatable deals! I have never used their IT services, but I found them friendly and helpful for hardware purchases.

I brought in a notebook for a repair. I was charged around $60 - $80 (its been a while, I dont remember the exact fee). Repair work was not done. The computer had even more problems. When I went back he told me talk to his computer technician who did the work. Not be mean, obviously the guy was not fully functional, mentally ( I dont think hes there anymore). The owner gave me a refund so I wouldnt make a fuss.

This place is horrible. I went to have my labtop repaired, but they broke my soundcard. The sound is not working. I am now reinstallimg it on my own. Because I am really afraid if they are going to break something again. They charge you a lot. The service is terrible. They are very unkind. There is no order at all. They are not reliable at all. I mean it. Please go somewhere else.

I have had work done on my computer twice from Priceless computers. The staff is friendly and have always provided great services. They completed the work quickly and I trust them. I will return to have the home computer fixed and will continue to use them in the future. I recommend Priceless computer for all our technological needs.

These guys are great, they have earned my trust and given me good service every time. Last time my hard drive crashed, Victor recovered the data and all of my pictures for which I am eternally grateful. Im glad to have a place to take my computer and not worry about getting taken advantage of.

Do not go there, do NOT even call them, very bad customer and Im 99.999% sure they sell out my cell phone number to those Indian "Windows Repair" scam company. I received 5 spam calls from scammer the next day said that they can help me with my computer etc....
