H. Heaven is a superior auto shop! I own a Chevrolet Avalanche and a Pontiac G6, two beauties that are being taken off the manufacturer’s assembly, and I wasn’t sure if they would serve us well if repairs were a challenge for us. H. Heaven really takes that worry away. I am so happy this shop takes such good care of the customer and the car! H. Heaven makes it possible for me to know that I can count on being treated very well with superior car service because they will help me keep my cars running for a very long time. The Avalanche had a transmission issue and we went to a local shop, not H. Heaven the first time, and we had an awful experience. Tragic, really, they charged us a lot, kept the car for such a long time rats actually ate the wires in the car, we had to supply our own rental and less than two years later, the transmission and the backend stopped working again. My thoughts at the time were that we could not afford to keep this vehicle. I met Steve McNamara, the owner of H. Heaven, and I took my car to his shop. What a difference. They charged us less money to begin with, they had the car done in less than a few days, and they supplied a loaner for free so we never lost an ounce of productivity. I recently took in my G6 because I hit a curb really hard and she needed some front end work. I love H. Heaven because I told them I only had a certain amount of money and they came in under my budget. Not only did they save me some money on my budget, they fixed a couple problems I did not even know I had and the repair bill was so small for it that I was extremely happy. H. Heaven is the place for people who love their cars and want to keep them on the road for a long time. I know this to be true because the loaner they share for free with the customer has 325,000 miles and it is still in good shape. You know you have a good mechanic if the car runs beautifully and has that many miles on it. I am so happy to be a customer of H. Heaven! Check them out yourself. They will do everything they can to make you happy too! Great Shop!

H Heaven? More like H Hell...I wish there was a way to give ZERO STAR! We tried this business out because of a flyer in the mail. I wish we had read all the reviews prior to bringing my boyfriends car in. We took my boyfriends car to H Heaven at 8:30 am and they promised a quote within an hour. At 11:30, they hadnt called with an estimate yet so he called them. They said "Well call you back right away." They didnt call back after 30 minutes, or an hour or an hour and a half. So he called them again at 1 pm and he was told his car needed $5000 worth of repairs. All he wanted was an oil change and routine maintenance. So he said just do the oil change, brake fluids and spark plug repairs. He asked if this would get done within the day and was told that it would get done. At 4:30 we hadnt heard from HHeaven so he called them. It turns out, THEY DID NOT DO THE OIL CHANGE OR THE BRAKE FLUIDS YET and they were missing the spark plug replacement parts so they asked if he could leave the car overnight and everything would be done in the morning. By this time, my boyfriend was very upset and said he would just pick up the car because he had asked MULTIPLE times whether everything would be done within the day and was assured EACH TIME that everything would get done within the day. The staff member called back within 30 minutes to say they did find the spark plug part (miraculously???) and would be done in a few minutes. We went to HHeaven to just pick up his car. Turns out they had taken the car apart so we had to wait till they put everything back together. He got charged $380+ for getting spark plugs replaced, NO OIL CHANGE WAS DONE! He presented the coupon in the flyer and the cost came down to $310+. The parts cost $80 and labor was $300. This was for working on the car for just a few minutes. NEVER EVER AGAIN will we come back to this place!!! Horrible customer service (never called back within the time frame they say they will); overpricing; and inability to do what they say they will do. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Where do I begin? Yesterday, my check engine light came on, my entire car started violently shaking, and the engine cut out as I tried to coast my car to the side of the road. I did a little Google research to see my local mechanic options and these guys popped up as well-reviewed and trusted. I am SO glad that I came by! Since the time of my car failure was close to their closing time, they instantly offered me the use of one of their loaner cars and, after a quick copy of my drivers license, I was free to go about my normal lifes activities due to the kindness and professional service offered here. Sincerely, I have never heard of a mechanic giving out a loaner car. An insurance company, yes. A mechanic, nope! After thinking your entire world just came to a grinding hault, it was amazing to be given the chance to still run around while my car was being worked on. This morning I got a call from them around 7:45 (they open at 7:30, so this demonstrates their efficiency). I braced for the worse, but he happily told me that the repair (a coil), plus an oil change and a replacement headlight would be less than $300. Talk about relief! This place is amazing! They are professional, genuinely caring, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and at ease. I feel confident in my vehicle and will definitely return!! Sincerely, a wonderful experience overall :)

These guys are AMAZING!!!!! I have found my new car doctors! Frank and Chris are friendly, helpful, and really take their time to listen and work with the customer to ensure that the experience is a good one. I drive a mercedes, and its difficult to find mechanics who can and will take on a high performance sports car. Not only were they willing to help me out right away, they spent a lot of extra time and took a lot of extra care to save me money!!! The clutch on my Kompressor needed to be replaced. The typical thing is to replace the whole Kompressor, which runs around $2,000. Frank went out of his way to call around and find the exact part i needed and then they took it apart and put it back together by hand, saving me over a grand! As a single mom who works two jobs, i can tell you this definitely won my loyalty over. Thanks to HB Auto and A/C, I was driving around again in a couple of days. They were kind, thoughtful, on time, made me feel comfortable, and ended up charging less than the original quote. Class Act, through and through!!! Thank You, HB Auto and A/C. You have a new fan. ;)
