A friend of mine who owns a Honda and knows a fair amount about cars recommended Accurate Autoworks to me. I went here today for an oil change/minor service and was very pleased with the quality of service. The man at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Though I went in mainly for an oil change, I have also had a problem with a drastic decrease in gas mileage since I moved from New Mexico to California. I talked to the man about it, and he was honest and upfront with me. He said that they could do an alignment, but that it may not help anything at all. I opted not to do the alignment today, and there was no pressure to do so. The mechanic noted that the battery in my car needs to be replaced. It is nearly four years old, and I suspected that it would need to be replaced soon. The man quoted me a price for a replacement battery, and before I asked about any alternatives he told me that I could find a battery for less somewhere else and recommended a few other options. He asked me whether I would like to replace it or shop around. I told him I would like to shop around, and he did not pressure me. As a young woman, I appreciate an honest, upfront mechanic who will provide good information about the work that needs to be done to my car. In addition to the friendly front office staff, the maintenance on my car was done well and in a timely manner. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend this auto shop to my friends.

We have a Honda Van and an Toyota Avalon, which are both paid off and over 10 years old. They run in tip top shape because of Accurate Auto Works! Very honest, and reasonable. Also, one of our daughters has a led foot and has a history of smashing her car into things. They have sold her a couple of cars, both ran very well until she had to replace them because they were so dented up. I had to write about how happy we have been with Accurate Autoworks because I have been helping my daughter look for a repair shop for her new jeep. I came here to see if they service jeeps. I HOPE SO!

This is the garage you need to bring your car to ! I brought my car here for a second opinion. The first opinion was that it was a major engine repair. At accurate auto works they found that the problem was a sensor. Just the sensor, the bad sensor was making the engine run poorly. It was a simple fix and they had my car ready ahead of schedule. Bring your car here...they are honest...reliable....and a good value. You wont be overcharged.

We have at least two generations of family and several friends who have been taking their cars to Accurate Autoworks for many, many years. We continue to utilize and recommend Accurate Autoworks because they are knowledgeable, competent, efficient and know how to save the customer money. The staff is very personable and willing to answer all questions. By far the best auto repair shop I have ever done business with - you couldnt do better!!

My car was making a horrible transmission noise and I took it to local auto shop and after driving it they said I needed a new transmission. I then took it to Accurate Auto Works and they fixed the transmission for a fraction of a price the other guys quoted me. It turned out to only be a speed sensor causing all the problems. I highly recommend Accurate Auto they fixed my car and were honest and friendly.

Accurate Autoworks is great! They rescued my new car by professionally and courteously fixing the two doors Id banged in (it was the poles fault -- it hit me!) Jon was patient, professional, and totally kind. He called with updates -- how many shops do that -- and even my picky husband was pleased. I think my family will be bringing in our cars for any and all services needed in the future.

Ive been taking my 1996 Toyota and 2001 Lexus to Accurate Autoworks for 12 years. They are a refuge from the over-priced dealership mechanics. They are friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. My cars are long in the tooth and they require more maintenance at their age, but Accurate Autoworks keeps them humming just fine. Ill be able to put off purchase of younger models for a few years.

When I lived in Pasadena, I used to take my vehicles here all the time. They were incredibly honest and helpful. In fact, when I took my previous vehicle there for the last time, they basically said "Well do the work if you want us to, but honestly, you should dump it." Then I had them work on my new car. This was a high-quality business. Great shop!

I have been taking my three cars (2004 Subaru Legacy, 2005 Toyota Sienna, 1987 Honda Civic) to these guys for many years. I always find them to be fair and honest, and do excellent work, promptly. From prior experience with other places, I have found it to be very non-trivial and rare to be able to TRUST an auto mechanic team. I trust them!

Like the work they do because you feel like their being honest. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and is will to say I dont know." This guy has integrity. I have moved out of the area, but whenever Im in Pasadena and my Lexus needs any service, I call ahead and see if they can fit me in. Lexus or Toyota. Their outstanding.

Not sure why theres so much love for this place. Ive gone there twice and both times came out feeling the service was average. Wait is long, hourly rate and estimates are on the higher side ($90/hr) and their parts pricing isnt that spectacular. Plenty of other good shops that deal mainly w/ Japanese cars to go to.....

These guys rock! James is honest and does a great job tracking the work done on your car so he knows what youre likely to need when you bring it by on subsequent visits. Its been great to find these guys since moving here from Boston. Now all I need is a great doctor and Ill be set.
