Great place, I call in the morning and Tay answer. I explain to him I have a car with a stripped oil drain plug because jiffy lube loves using power tools to put the plug back on. So he laughs and tells me to come on in. I wait no longer than 1 minute and Im greeted by Herb who was a great guy. Got me to fill out some paper work and once i signed Tay walked me out to see my car already on the lift ready to go Then Jason is puts me to shame and takes the bolt of no problem (I think I might have losened it up) he replaced the bolt and did an oil change. Got my car within the first hour too. Such great guys, enjoyed talking to every single one of them and they didnt scam me instead I got a great affordable price. If theres something I cant do Im definitely bringing it to these guys.

I was there twice. Very bad customer service There is a young black guy who is on the front desk acting like manager. His name is Daniel I guess, he is big problem. He doesnt seem to know what he is doing. I took my car for repair, which would take longer, be promised me ride back and made me wait for 30 min in lobby then I was forced to order Uber. If you cant fulfill your promise as a business then dont waste my time in your shop, I dont depend on you, just let me know. Mechanics at garage are very friendly though. Ill change it to 5 star when that kid is gone when Im there next time OR when he starts to behave normal.

By far my best experience with ANY auto shop! I highly recommend Big Q. Fast, affordable, reliable service. When you go, ask for Daniel at the front desk. Guy made everything a breeze & got my car back to me the next day. He knew I was in a tough situation (with Christmas right around the corner) so he and another employee informed me about FLEX PAY, which gave me 90 days to pay off the service (parts & labor). Thanks again to Daniel and the other gentleman, Life savers lol D.S.G

Randy did right by us helping us repair our Honda Element emissions system. The prices were great and I felt like they cared about fixing the problem and not selling us more than what we need. I think they are fair and knowledgeable about repairing what is needed. Thanks Randy and Big Q!

This place sucks dont know what there doing they rip me off in a transmission work they said they rebuilt the transmission but broke down and month later they suck please dont go there you will regret it and you will pay more than what you have to thats the owner sucks

Simply the best ..... Went in there to get my transmission redone wasnt even my transmission it was just transmission fluid was empty... TRUSTWORTHY AND FAST !!! These guys are good .... This is my spot for now on !!!!!!!
