Staff is friendly while checking in, and then things simply go south from there on. I took in my car to get my fender fixed.Said will take 2 days so we will call you a rental. Never called them as I waited there for 2 hours and then I finally called. The rental company said we never received a call from the shop to come pick you up. After 2 days, I was called said car is done. So I go, and was handed the keys to another car. They called me saying my car was done, but it still wasnt. It was someone elses car, they were giving me keys to and having me sign the paperwork. A bunch of lols is what happened while I looked at their stupidity. Ok, human error. No worries. 3 days later, said car was done. I went back. Waited for 3 hours while they still were fixing it. Then the manager drove my car and brought it out. Un-washed, and with a dashboard headlight error on. The car I have needs to have the headlights readjusted everytime the front bumper is taken off. They were just handing me over the car saying, oh we dont know what that is, its ok, its normal. Had I not known of the headlight fact, I would have bought their story and paid money to get it fixed from the dealer, as it can only be fixed there. After calling my insurance company rep and expressing my frustration, they suggested i take my car to the dealer and get it fixed there myself as they will cover the cost. To top it all, they misplaced my front under engine cover while they repaired that they totally denied of knowing and stating, oh, I dont think this car comes with a cover. I cant express the agony this entire experience caused. To further top it all, they had missed placing a bracket in the fender/bumper area, so I had to take it in to another insurance approved body shop and they finally fixed it for me. Sad they are still in business.

First I was involved in an auto accident. Not good but thankfully no one was injured. I called McLaren ftom the accident scene and they sent their tow truck at no charge. The reception area is decorated very nice it was calming and comfortable with a nice coffee bar. Denise at McLaren Auto Body was my go to contact person. She was always pleasant and helpful. She kept me completely informed about the repairs and the time schedule. Joe was polite and helpful too. The actual repairs, well youd never know I was in an accident, my car was better than new. The price was very competitive but the work was high end top performance. I hope I never have to come back only because that would mean another accident but McLaren is the only place Id have my car brought to if needed. I recommend McLaren you will not be disappointed.

The front bumper was recently replace on my moms 2005 Honda. I dropped her off and saw the car, it looked new. They did incredible work. The car was also detailed making it look even better than new. After comparing their price to two other shops, we knew that this was were we felt comfortable taking her car to. Her mechanic highly recommended the shop. Family was saying, try another shop. McLarens service and personal touch is unsurpassed.

These guys are the real deal and they will take great care of you. From the moment I walked in and met Kip and everybody else I truly felt like they had my back and any tough decisions that had to be made, i felt that their advice always had my best outcome in mind. The whole team was awesome and I was treated great by everybody. If you want to work with a true professional and a well run company you should go to McLaren Autobody !!

DO NOT GO HERE. McLaren Auto Body Ripoff, this place is an out and out scam, they will use aftermarket parts to fix your car and increase their margins, and quote they give you you can add both time and money to. Do yourself a favor and avoid McLaren Auto Body at all costs.

These guys did a really nice job repairing the back end of our Honda Fit. The quality was excellent and they were really friendly and helpful. Will definitly go back here, although hope nobody else rear ends our car!

They inspected the car for free and were able to fix it in an hour and only charged me .$44!!! This place should be on everyones hot list.
