This company sells your contact info to advertisement companies! I went here to drop off a simple part to have painted (carry in). That same week, I started a new job and gave this shop my new work number. After a week, I picked up my part (nothing great, but acceptable) and went on my way. Several weeks later, I began getting junk mail at my new employer - this might be coincidence, but I didnt give my company info to anyone else. I asked my HR rep and he said that the company I work at keeps all of our files strictly confidential. To top it off, several weeks later this body shop began calling me at work for reviews. My boss told the gentleman about our company policy, but they consistently kept calling. I am not allowed to to get calls at work and consequently go written up for waisting company time.

Their facility is large and looks impressive, however you should take your car somewhere else. SLOW: They estimated 2 weeks to repair my car, which ended up being a 6+ weeks, most of the time it was just sitting outside being baked in the sun. SHODDY WORK: When I got it back, I looked under the car and there were still torn clear evidence of the damage. The electrical system was messed up and they made ME pay to get it inspected and fixed. CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I complained, their attitude was "too bad", "we have your car now" and joked about if I wanted them to fix everything they were supposed to, it may take another month or two. Truly appalling

They have gone above and beyond the normal requirements to fix my car. There was much more damage than it appeared to be. They were able to convince the insurance company my car was in far better shape than the normal car its age, with the mileage it has, and didnt total it. I had some after market products that needed to be replacrd, and they werent very cooperative in working with Anaheim Hills Auto body, but they persevered and my car came out beautiful. I highly recommend the team at Anaheim Hills Autobody.

Anaheim hills auto body did exactly what the promised! Repaired my car on time and under budget too! They kept in contact with me through the process and even me choices along the way to help keep the cost down. I picked up "cleaned / detailed" car when it was all over. Do not go this place. They do not finish their job as they promised. They said 1 week. Then they said next week. Again they said by the end of tomorrow. Then they said "they send us wrong parts." It is very frustrating. It will be done next week again. I can not trust what they are saying. It will cost you more money for your car rental and I need my car back.

They did a great job although it took an addiitonal 4 days, I am pleased. I didnt like the fact they reset the battery and had to readjust everything the way I had it including seat settings, etc. but overall, I am happy with the work they performed and hopefully, this will be the last time I need body work.

The mechanics at Anaheim Hills Auto Body are people I know i can trust with my vehicles. I have taken my vehicles for awhile. As i have also suggested to family friends to take their vehicles to Anaheim Hills Auto Body and have yet to hear anything but compliments on.

Outstanding service and repair. Easily the best paint & body shop that I have worked with .. probably the best in Orange County. Very knowledgable, competent and helpful staff. Strongly recommend this excellent facility .. they did a perfect job.

First off the customer service was OUTSTANDING i brought in my truck and they went straight to work. They went into deep details with the dents that i had. Also the paint turned out great!!! I would totally recommend these guys to anyone..

Place sucked!!. They had my car for 2 mths for a simple factory radio and tire replacement. Kept giving me excuses about part delays. Would never go back. Ended up costing me rental since insurance only covers 30 days.
