Would give a negative review if possible, cosmetically my vehicle looks good, but it seems like they rush their jobs. I went to change my brake pads on the front end and the caliper bolts were "hand tight", among other suspension component bolts, and "replaced" parts that didnt need to be changed (my K&N air filter, really!?). This place is such a joke

I was referred to Preferred Auto Body by a friend after I scrapped my car on my fence backing up. Glenn and his team did an excellent job on my vehicle and for sure they go the extra mile. They actually delivered my vehicle to have it tinted while I was on vacation then picked it up and even delivered it to my home. Talk about personal touch!
