This past July I was in a minor fender bender, which caused great damage to my front bumper. Although I have insurance I didnt want to report anything just yet because I was afraid my payment was gonna go up. So I looked around the area for quotes and checked out a few locations and wasnt pleased with what I had found. Some places were a bit pricey and looked sketchy. So then I decided to check out Yelp and the first place I came across was that of Marcs. It was a Sunday morning so I called to see if they were open and he quickly returned my call and told me I could stop by that very moment. Luckily its near my area in Santa Ana so I decided to take my car in to be checked. He then gave me the total cost for the damages and told me he could have it ready to go within a week! And sure enough, it was ready by the weekend. Marc is great! He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and understanding. He is really helpful and takes good care of not just your car but you, the customer, as well. Since then I have gone back a few times for other issues my car has had and he keeps being helpful. I give this place a 5/5! Great customer service and outstanding results on the car.

So happy I found Angeles Auto here on Yelp and his reviews are all on point. I had right fender damage and 1st place I called was a local auto repair place and got a quote which was just as high as my delectable my second quote was to Marc at Angeles I sent him pictures and info about my damage within an hour he responded with the complete price that was fair and straight shooters which I appreciate. I ask if I can drop it off and said yes and I did. Was so easy to find was greeted professional and my experience with Marc and his staff was kind and knowledgeable. It was ready to pick up and I was so happy look brand new again could not even tell there was damage Excellent work guys. He also does oil changes and mechanical work as well I will return for car service and I highly recommend Marc Angeles Auto 10stars more like it. Thanks Marc and guys I love my car once again.

Definitely recommend - I got in a minor fender bender and was forced to pay out of pocket. After going to four other places that couldnt help me, I was referred to Marc who made it happen and Im so lucky to have found his business. He offered an amazing price for my repairs making it possible to get the job done when I wouldnt have been able to otherwise and got the job done in an incredible day and a half! And there were no surprise phone calls adding another couple hundred dollars for something or any mystery charges, he gave me an estimate and stuck with it. When I came to pick up my car I expected far less and was blown away by the job he and his guys did. It looked like nothing had ever happened and they even detailed the exterior/interior for me. If youre looking for quality affordable repairs done quickly with good customer service, this is the place to be.

Amazing service and experience with this body shop. Marc was so helpful and understanding on our situation. I brought in a Mercedes gla 250 with a big dent on the door and a couple scratches on the bumper, also even threw in our mirror while at it. He gave us an amazing deal and worked with our insurance estimate. Checked out many places and I havent seen a body shop as willing to work with us as Marc. I am very pleased with his service and experience that he has. This body shop is honestly my best recommendation. Been to a couple and none have put this amount of time and service on their customers. He even was willing to deliver the car, what else could you ask for. Going out of his way to work with our schedule and always updating me. Id give an extra star if I could. Overall, an amazing experience.

Marc is one of the most friendliest guy Ive ever met. I needed AC in my car because summer is here and he fixed it in 2 days at a very fair price. Two days after my car broke down because of a pipe at was really old in my car. My car stopped at 9pm as I was getting home and I didnt have AAA. I called him and he helped me get it towed to his shop that night. He had it fixed for me the next day with all the coolent and oil I had lost. Honestly one of the most committed mechanic I have ever met and such a nice guy. He even letting me work on a payment system that didnt make me go completely broke! Thank you so much Marc you definitely deserve these 5 stars from me!!!

This special gem is hidden but its a must check out shop! Your car will be taken care of. I trusted Marc the owner the moment he saw my car and talked to me in a detailed, informative way. He also keeps you updated on any changes. My headlight had water inside and was shortcuiting my fuse. He took care of my fuse right away and ordered the parts, price was so reasonable and his hours were flexible. This place will be my go to place from now on!! I have other stuff my dealership body shop told me to do but Im bringing it to Marc cause I know hell get me a better deal with good quality :)

This place is awesome. not a fancy repair shop but everyone over there is nice, they do not only treat you as a customer, but also they consider you as a friend. for the first time I brought my car there, and talked with Marc, he was straight to the point and very honest, the most important... they did a great job on repairing my X5, quality, timing, customer service, all five stars. and they repaired my moms BMW again with highest quality recently. now this place is on top of my list whenever it comes to auto repair. thanks guys, thanks Marc.

Had a bumper, tailgate and rear quarter panel that had dents, dings and scratches from several different incidents over the years. Mark gave me a great price on getting all three areas fixed. He even corrected another area of the car at no charge after I forgot to mention in the original quote. Got the car back in 3 days as promised and the repairs looked great. I wish I had the work done earlier. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
