this body shop is so wonderful, both in terms of friendly service, quality work, and honesty and integrity. i had major work done on my car here years ago, after someone hit me - and it was all perfect. i bought a new car recently, and it only looked new for about 1 week, and then the first person scratched up the bumper - first of many. i went out to california coach and got a quote, but when it came time for the repair, i expressed to danny g. that i was moving up to san francisco for a short while, and the bumper would likely get scratched by street parking. he recommended that i wait to do the full bumper repair until i get back to l.a. later in the year. in the meantime, his guys did some of what he calls minor repairs and buffing, but the bumper looks completely amazing! they are so wonderful, honest, and the best prices of anyone out there. i highly highly recommend them. i am completely loyal to them, would have my car towed from anywhere in the l.a. area to be worked on by these guys.

My dad got into a motorcycle accident and the CHP towed my dads bike here. When we called to get the bike back they wouldnt give the bike to my mom because she wasnt the owner he had to be there. My dad was in. The hospital and couldnt move. The person we spoke to was very unpleasant, unprofessional, and would not try to reason or help us then when our insurance called them (with us still on the line) he completely changed his story and said they could write a note or even have my dad call he didnt need him to be there. What a bunch of bull!!!!! And then before we took out the car still had the nerve to say we are a repair shop you can just leave it here. Yeah right!!!! I would never take it to someone so unprofessional and rude. Dont go here they give you a run around and like to change the story.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. These people have no class and are shady. I got into an accident nearby and the Walnut PD had my car towed there. They kept my key in order to move the car but upon trying to get my car, they told me they never had the key and that I was full of crap. I had not raised my voice at all and was trying to reason with them. What reason do I have of accusing them of losing my key if they had not? They then had me talk to a "manager" but it was one big guy with some other big guys who surrounded me and start yelling at me that they had no key and started threatening me when they saw that I wrote on the release form "keys lost, not in car." What a way to treat customers... Screw these guys, go somewhere else!!!

I have taken my car 4 to California Coach, and EVERY time, I have been COMPLETELY happy with the work done to my car. They are very proffesional, I have gotten my car within the time frame promised, and they have always turned my car in to me nice and washed and they even cleaned the inside very well. Prices are very reasonable and they have been able to also help me with minor things such as fixing my car lighter that I use for my ipod and to charge my phone. I definitely recomend California Coach Auto Body!

My car broke down today in Walnut at the shopping center with my little niece in the car. I called Auto Club and they sent Antonio from California Coach Towing to get the car and take it to my mechanic. It was so hot (90) and Antonio got me and my niece safely home and took my car to the mechanic. I have to say he was so wonderful, fast service, so polite, what a great person and employee! Thanks for the great service!

Our car broke down today, heating problem. Robert came fast to the rescue. He was fast, professional, just great. He took our car to my mechanic and even took us home. We where happy to be home and felt safe. Thank you, we appreciate your help!!
