Im writing this review for my Ford F-150 that I just received back today after a week here. I came in here utilizing my insurance of USAA (awesome insurance by the way); I had no idea how insurance worked or if this place would be the "ideal" place to go. Before I start, USAA Auto Insurance loves this place and its adjuster always recommend this place (thats a big deal for a military insurance company to trust a business, they have to earn it). Im not too sure why there are low reviews here (online trolls, I guess. Dont trust those reviews). Coming in here utilizing my insurance, I knew that my insurance company would have to pay for a bulk of the damages, and I would have to pay a certain deductible ($300). I dropped off my car late on a Tuesday late afternoon before closing, and an insurance adjuster met me here the following day and wrote an estimate of what the insurance will pay for and the damages. Luckily for me, the only damages in the vehicle were from the incident that my insurance was notified about; so after I looked at the estimate from my insurance adjuster, the adjuster sent the documents over to Luisa. Luisa went through the entire process with me and stated that she would have to fix the car in accordance to what the insurance company stated (by law, body shops have to follow to the "T" what the estimate states). For example, the insurance company wanted such parts to be replaced from a specific company, so this Body Shop had to do such (I mention this because I was a little annoyed that a part took a few days to get here, but they did explain such and I cannot thank them enough for their communication and integrity in not deviating from the law). Honestly I do know that there is a lot of stigma with body shops and car repair places in general, but this place doesnt meet any of those things. I was walked through the entire process, was given updates any time I called, and I was given the timeframe of how and when my car will be fixed. I had Luisa as my representative. But Wallie also helped me out alot. I have nothing but amazing praises to sing for them or this establishment. I came here not knowing how the entire insurance process and car repair would go; I honestly was still shell-shocked that I experienced such damages from my car (a hit-and-run, broken window, and vandalism). Luisa walked me through the ENTIRE process and made it such a do-able process (I cannot sing enough praises about their customer service). Reading some of the reviews here is pretty upsetting; many people seem to be shocked that they are paying a lot for body repair--SURPRISE: thats how it is everywhere, especially for good quality work. If you dont understand insurance laws and pricing (yes, there are laws for how it is), then do your research. But this place did amazing-quality work and worked with me and my insurance to get the job done accordingly. Customer service was amazing and the parts used were high-quality. Really happy for my parts and would recommend this place 100000-times over. To Luisa and Wallie: Thank you for taking care of my truck. You have a customer for life!

Absolutely terrible. They do NOT take responsibility for their own mistakes, and have terrible customer support. They will not try to work with you. I eventually gave up and now I am going somewhere else. I suggest you do the same. I brought my work truck(2004 f350) into the Ramona "Prestige Collision center" a month ago to get a few dents and dings fixed. After waiting about two weeks, I got a call notifying me that they were a week behind schedule, I didnt mind this and was simply happy that the truck was getting done. Until a couple days ago... I got a call saying that the shop was going to be closed down. They said I had two options, I could take the truck back and be refunded the money or I would have to drive it two and a half hours north to Irvine on my own fuel and money, not to forget the fact that I would need to have someone else drive me back, and there again to pick it up. I chose to get my money back and I would pick the truck up that night when I got back from work. And that is exactly what I did, however, I was not expecting what I found when I arrived. After a month and not a single dent had been touched. All they managed to do was sand down the body, and at that they dont even remove the lights and handles, they just mask them off!.. So now the important part. Before, I had a truck with dents in it, now I have a SANDED truck with dents in it. At least before I could drive it without needing to worry about it rusting. So I called the Irvine shop. Thinking that someone should have to take responsibility for this. I attempted to contact the manager two days ago, I was told she would call me back in 10 minutes. Next day and I hadnt received a call. I called again, got the same story only this time it was 5-10 minutes. I waited 45 and called again. I was told she was just about to call me and that it wont be long. So I waited 4 hours until 5 minutes before they closed. I called and told them not to worry about calling anymore and I will drive up in person tomorrow, now all of the sudden the manager is available! Haha! During our entire conversation, the manager "Lisa" seems to be talking down to me. Tells me that I can go to a different closer shop (still 45+ minutes away) and that I will still pay the full price I had agreed upon originally only now its only going to be a 1 stage paint job and that I have to bring the truck down the next day. Keep in mind I work on Camp Pendleton and live in Ramona, and this is even further south. I was also told I would be receiving a call from the manager of the other shop, still no call, but Im not surprised. This place is the worst! They do terrible work, take forever, are disrespectful, do not support the military, and are not responsible enough to run a business. I do strongly urge anyone considering going here to turn away now.

Please heed my warning! This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. 2 months and car not fixed! I took my 2015 3-Series in for damage to the front bumper and wheels. After I got my car back the bumper did not line up, paint does not match, the bumpers is missing part of the air intake, wheel-paint is peeling and now needs an alignment (something that was never an issue). This was over two months ago and despite initial promises from two different managers, never fixed. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone. I should not that the site has switched managers as Charlie left without giving notice. highly unorganized and waste of time and money. Buyer beware.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We used the Ramona facility (same owners) that recently closed down. We brought my daughters car in for cosmetic repairs before putting it up for sale. The job was to take no more than 2 days. They had the car for three weeks. It was a nightmare from the beginning. I will not go into the whole story because it would take me and hour of typing. The bottom line is this. Absolutely terrible work with dirt in the new paint they sprayed on the car. They said this was the best they could do. And believe me. It was horrible!! Owner doesnt care at all. Please beware!!
