The Worst Mechanic Shop ever its this one Meineke of Lawdale . Terrible customer service , They make me Waited for 2 Hours to tell me at the end that they Cant do my Oil Change wich only takes 10 Minutes to do it because they were busy , Why make a customer 2 Hours to then tell me We are busy cant do it today , Worst Customer service ever . Definitely Not coming back to Meineke of Lawndale becuase they have the Worst Customer Service ever . My Car its a Donlen Corporate Car so I Already Informed Donlen about this Issue too.

Under new ownership since the beginning of October. I brought my car in and needed extra time and attention to decide what work should be done on my 1994 Chevy according to my own personal situation and needs. Everyone here has been very helpful. Ive spoken to two mechanics, been directed to areas of concern and spent considerable time with both a manager Herbert and the owner Qazi. I really appreciate the coutesy, care and consideration that I have received.

I just took my car to get repairs because of a bad radiator leak and Qazi and his amazing staff fixed it. They were kind and caring and really worked with me regarding pricing. They even stayed an hour and a half past closing at no extra charge to get me my car back the same day. I will never take my car anywhere else.
