I told Ms. Epstein that I think this office should be closed; at the very least the staff should be diversified and the office revamped. I would never return to this location and regret paying for my membership if this is the level of service I have to expect. Yesterday, was a return visit regarding a DMV transaction from the previous week to process a title transfer for a vehicle that was gifted to me. Because of a smog certification issue I could not complete the process. The first visit wait time was reasonable. Due to my past experience with incompetent and ineffective staff, when the transaction was finished, I got back into line and had everything verified with a supervisor. Yesterday I returned to complete the process and waited an excessive and unacceptable amount of time, one and one-half hours for a transaction that took EXACTLY one [1] minute. This is due to poor management. The employee sitting at the counter directing people to membership services or insurance could be better utilized checking members in for ALL SERVICES. Finally after about an hour my name was called and the representative who was going to help me, informed me that she did not know how to process my transaction. I returned to my seat and called Auto Club 800 phone number and spoke to whom I believe was Beverly Bolson, who offered a lot of excuses for the poor service.

This place is too slow workers talk way too much. I cant believe just to get a registration renewal at AAA I would need to be there minimum of 1 1/2 -2hrs of my time!!! Due to slow workers. I normally dont give reviews but I think of my last visit and I couldnt hold my self. I would give it a 0 but 1 star is too much to give, They need staff change and perhaps management.

Every time I go into the office there is a problem with my registration, but when I go to the office in Culver City the same problem I had at the Inglewood office is non existent. if you want your DMV services done right GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE!!

One of the worst AAA places I been to they take their sweet time to call people they just hang out and talk about their weekend I am sure the Dmv is faster than this place. Recommend going to another location and not wasting your time here

Too many blacks just hanging around talking. We need Hispanic or Latinos to really get some work done since they know what working is all about.

The employees here are all out of energy. This makes me remember of the DMV except the DMV workers now are much faster

The fact they offer DMV services is a good enough reason to get AAA, apart from their other great services.
