Ive bought a number of new cars and this experience is as good as it gets. They are very straightforward and treat you like a valued customer. None of the slimy tricks and slick sales performances you see at some dealerships. What a breath of fresh air. My new VW includes the first 3 years of service so I thought my experience would go downhill when dealing with the service deparment (since Im not a revenue customer). Guess what? Im still treated just as well as I was as a potential customer. Youve earned our future business, Pro Car Mechanics , and Ive already told several people about my great experience.

I live all the way in Chino and I drive out to get my car serviced here (50+ miles) because their prices are VERY competitive and their service is fast. Every other mechanic I have been to has tried to up-sell services that I did not need. These guys do not do that and it is why I continue getting my car serviced here. Ive recommended this place to all of my friends and they are all the same way. In short: Great fast service at an excellent price with friendly people.
