So yesterday I called to see if they had my tire in stock. Efrain (employee) said he did. I was like great ill be on my way, but I just had to double check the size so I asked him if it is the same size for my car. He checks and says, oh wait i dont have it, ill have it by tomorrow at 11. Ok, honest mistake no big deal ill go tomorrow. Today i get there and I meet with Efrain and he tells me that the tire was not here. The tire is not here? He gets on the phone and "re-orders" the tire from there wearhouse and ask if I am able to come tomorrow. Why would you tell me to come in today at 11 telling me that the tire will be here? "It just didnt come." This employee needs to be damn sure that a product will be arriving if not at least give a better explanation to a customer. And i shouldnt be asked the size of my tire more than twice. Im sure Firestone has a pen and paper to note tire sizes. He checks the back and tells me that they have the same size tire but different brand. I checked the size and it is completely different. Come on, dude! Very unhappy with the service. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

The gentleman that had helped me was great, he took the time to chat with me and tell me he was there to help me and if my future needs were service he would help me every step of the way and would not make me feel he was selling me something I did not need. I have become to dislike auto mechanics for I feel they are just trying to steal my money but this gentleman looked me right in the eye and promised me that was not his goal. You know I never feel that way with any auto repair and I can tell you now that you have a customer for life as long as he lives up to his word. I like it when someone is real and honest and makes you feel like you can trust them. You dont get that kind of service these days anywhere, I think I finally found a shop I can trust and rely on!! Thank you for the Excellence in Customer Service that I thought had been lost with the old days!

About two weeks ago I went in for a full synthetic oil change... I asked for my oil change light to be reset as well! Today, I called and Bryan (a rude employee), answered my call! I explained to him what the problem was and how my light had gone back on! I live 20 mins from the location and I told him I wanted a discount on my next oil change because they obviously didnt do their job and I had to drive back to get my light reset...he then said to me, "if youre computer savvy, you could do it yourself!" I thought to myself... Really?? did I just pay over 75 dollars to do this myself? worst customer service!

It is a rainy Sunday in L.A. and my FORD FLEX with only 4000 miles picked up a bolt in its tire. I could probably fix it myself but Firestone is just down the street. When I pulled into their covered parking area and well marked work area I was impressed. I was warmly greeted at the counter and they came out to look at it. The young man said it was gonna be about an hour and said I could wait in their spacious customer lounge....30min later they were call me by my name and my car was ready. A quick payment of $19.16 and (very fair price since they checked all my other tired too) I was out the door.

We originally went to Firestone in Cerritos on South Street, and basically got ignored while we waited to be serviced. Not even an "well be right with you". Both associates were on the phone but one got off and walked to service door with paperwork he grabbed. So we took our business here and was quickly serviced. This store is like night and day for customer service compared to Cerritos.

ASE certified, cant even do a proper gasket job. Was charged 1,000 for my car to overheat and all it needed was a bypass elbow replacement. Took it 3 times more and each time would leak coolant. Finally took it to another mechanic and got it fixed. They mustve wrote ASE certified on toilet paper.

Dont bring your car here charged me almost 800 just for my rear breaks and rotors and its been alittle over a year my rotors got waisted and my break pads as well called to see if I had warranty and they said I only had 12 months. Your better off going to a moms and pops shop then these thiefs!!

A 2 hr job for tire swap + alignment elsewhere turned out to be a 4 and a half hour tire swap job (90 min job tops) with no alignment at this location here. Not the best service Ive had for an $1150~ job. Mindboggling to pay for such a premium price service to say the least.

Tried to charge us $5000 for a "new motor" because "the motor had water"... saved $4500 when I took my car someplace else and it was a timing belt issue... and even charged us $95 for a engine check service which never got done.. lucky we got our money back
