These guys are very professional, friendly, and honest. My car died on the highway and they were the closest place to tow it to, and they were very welcoming and understanding when I was under a lot of stress. Even though they couldnt fix it (blown head gasket = dead car) they were very straightforward in telling me what the situation was and what my options were. They also let me store it at their shop over the weekend until I could figure out what to do, and transported it up to the Firestone by my house where I usually got it repaired so that I didnt have to figure out how to get to Glendale with no car! Totally going above and beyond, considering they never worked on the car and I was never a direct customer of theirs beyond just a consultation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vic, Allen, and their head mechanic (whose name I unfortunately didnt get). Thanks, you guys.

We initially went to have all tires replaced on one of our vehicles and a complete checkup. Vic was professional and very straightforward, the service took a reasonable length of time (without an appointment), and the job done was amazing. Our other car is an older model BMW and they did an amazing job with that as well, even down to showing me exactly what needed to be done and why. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and they got done way ahead of schedule (we had an appointment that time). Of all the places Ive had my vehicle serviced around Glendale, this is the best. I appreciate their straightforwardness and honesty.

I made an appointment for 11am to change oil and filter on my Toyota a couple of days ago, and when I got to the Firestone store on Brand Blvd in Glendale .... I was informed that they would not be able to do it, they were too busy. Only by the end of the day. If I wanted ... that would be the way ! Whau ! What a service ! I do not recommend to deal with these people, besides they speak another language between themselves. I felt like a foreigner ! I also must say that I did use the store at North Hollywood and everything was fine. I did use many times Firestone stores, but Ill never use the Glendale store . THEY ARE OBNOXIOUS!

Came into Firestone with a nail in my tire, the tires which I purchased from them some time ago. The greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. They made me feel very comfortable and assured me they would be able to assist me. They are very professional as they fully explained the process and costs associated with my situation. Fortunately I had purchased the road side protection when I bought the tires so there was no cost to remove the nail. I would recommend Glendale Firestone to anyone. Thank you Firestone

I only take my car to these guys. I need fast quality service and since I dont have extensive knowledge about cars, I also want a place that can explain the service my vehicle needs without talking down to me. This location takes care of all of that. They have great customer service and top notch mechanics. (Added bonus, theyre right next to the Americana, which is a great way to kill time while you wait for your car.)

When I moved to CA, my car care became a big issue. So many times I had to swing my car into a Firestone for them to look at it. I been going to this one for a year, and Im happy to say that I trust them and appreciate their customer service. So many times I came by with a minor issue or something I felt was wrong, or fuse blew, and they would fix it without charging me. Definitely recommend them!
