dont trust these crooks. while getting an estimate for my shocks and struts the guy with green eyes attempted to fool me. He did the oldest trick in the book of trying to tell me that I needed an oil change because I had no oil in my vehicle. thats a straight out lie because I do my own oil changes. He proceeded to act like he was putting the dipstick into the hole and back out to show me that it was empty. He told me to stay back so I wouldnt see him put or not put the dipstick into the hole. I decided to get the work done somewhere else where I got it $300 cheaper from a Japanese guy whos Better Business Bureau plaque seems the more comforting since he wasnt trying to just do an oil change. beware of the guy with the green eyes. I still have the estimate papers as proof. stay away from these crooks

I searched on a web " Truck alignment" & this Midas name came up on search. this Midas on Washington blvd was close to my home so i stopped by there to fix my wheel base span length 13 feet 3 inch truck. looks like not illegal but illegal Mexican mechanic totally denied my request. However, i fixed my front brakes at this place befor and they did lift my truck . at that time they charged me nearly $600 for resurface front disk and pads plus, 1978 dodge truck brand new master cylinder replacement. Even after that oil is still leaking from master cylinders peeling under body paints and brakes still makes noise even its sopposed to be brand new. i just dont get it. " Dont ever trust Midas touch"

I am so happy! Having to put too much coolant in my van, repeatedly, I knew my radiator was not doing well. After several tests which clearly showed leakage, Dave ordered a new radiator and negotiated a great price for me. The new radiator works great! Dave was able to show me the origin of the leaks in the old radiator and also showed me a lot of rusting. Im thrilled and so happy more damage was not done by not taking my car to Midas in time. Ask for Dave -- hes the best. I actually followed him from the Santa Monica Midas to this location. Gotta say, being a female, its great to be able to trust a mechanic and I do! Highly recommend this place!

I went to this location with a coupon hoping for an oil change. They quoted me $89.99 for an oil change -reason: because my car uses synthetic oil. I was never going to pay that amount! We negotiated down to 59.99 but who knows if they put some regular oil in my car or the correct oil. It seemed sketchy to me, and a little sexist as I was a lone female walking into an automobile shop. I felt like he tried to take advantage of me and tried to make me pay a higher amount. Not okay and would NOT go back!

Yesterday I had to fix two flex pipes on my car which was sounding unbearably loud. They were able to check it out and have it fixed within 3 hours. The guy James was very nice and helpful. It was accommodating for me to get it done so fast. Now my car sounds quieter than when I got the thing 9 years ago!

This is an Excellent Midas they are very helpful. I had Juan and Greg helping me as well as a couple great mechanics. They communicated all my issue thoroughly and clearly. I have had the best customer service from here. I definitely recommend this Midas.

Showed up 20 mins before closing and Raulio and staff were willing to fix my tire. Good to know some people are willing to help, even though its close to closing. I will definitely come back...and recommend to all!
