I cannot recommend this shop at all. This location is a bad representation for Firestone Company. I have been a loyal and longtime customer for Firestone but this location is no good. My car broke down nearby and I had to get a new alternator. I worked mostly with Eduard and Kevin from this branch. The alternator they put in was bad, I had to replace it the next day at another Firestone station. These guys when they were putting in the bad alternator also stripped two bolts which hold the alternator....just a sloppy work! I did not like this branch customer support and workmanship is poor and careless. Not worth the $110+ per hour they charge. Go to another Firestone location!

My time at this shop was bad they charged me for a new tier that my warranty covers and didnt tell me my rim was cracked and they still put the new tier on only till I had to go to a near by Firestone by my house did they tell me the rim was bad and that the replacement of the tier is covered by the road hazard warranty I purchased mid last year and my tred is at 7.35 which is way over the 2.30 tred limit where the warranty wont cover after I spoke to one of the techs he just told me to get my refound from the other shop and hung up on me never will I ever come here and I recomend for you to just go to a different shop for you tier needs the staff is stuck up and rude

My 2013 small economy/psuedo sports car got the worst gas mileage - 10 miles below the posted city mpg. When I took it to the dealer, I got a shrug of the shoulders with the comment, because of LA traffic, youll never come close to the listed mpg. Luckily I mentioned this to the owner of the Firestone Branch when I was getting my oil changed. He told me that as my car had a turbo engine, I needed to use premium even though the car is advertised as not needing premium. My has mileage went from an average of 13 mpg to 18 mpg. Listening to the owner talk to other patrons, I could tell the owner is a car person. I dont get that sense from the car dealer.

WOW, Edward was amazing! Gave me such a good price on 4 tires that i changed all of them instead of just 2 tires i needed. Chris who worked on my car was also very quick and efficient, and another girl in the lobby came and kept me company and sold me on new wipers....great salesmen and wonderful service, i left happy spending the money, feeling like i got a good deal, fast service and terrific customer service !! Had the wrench light come on in my car. First time I went there they told me it was because I needed an oil change, even though that had just happened within the last 1000 miles. Second time, they said it must be an electric problem. Wrong. Had to get stranded on the freeway and go to the dealership before I found out what the real issue was (airflow regulator). They didnt even attempt to diagnose the issue.

I dont know much about cars so I always try to do some research before and after I get an opinion. No matter how much research I do, they always seem to find a problem worth a few hundred bucks that I cant quantify. they do their job well ( I think, what do I know?) and I never have any problems afterwords, but Im always skeptical of anyone in the car business.

I had a horrible experience with the Hyundai in Glendale and the girl at this Firestone (cant remember her name, blondish hair, glasses) did such a great job at listening to me with empathy and having my tire fixed. It was a night and day experience. More people should take pride in their work, whatever it is that they do and give 100% like this young lady.

I had a very positive experience at this location. I brought in my flat tire and not only did they fix it for me for free, they would not accept a tip . Highly professional folks especially Edward who help throughout the whole process. I will definitely go back to this place if I ever need tires and highly recommend my friends to do the same.

Been going here for a few years now and am always impressed by their attitude and their work.. One time they replaced my battery but the problem ended up being my starter. They replaced my starter and deducted the cost of the battery, no questions asked, no arguing, full accountability, and I basically ended up with a brand new free battery.

This is the only place I take my care for complete auto care! They are excellent in what they do, especially Edvard, He is so knowledgable about the products and super friendly. Greg the manager is incredibly nice too! Great Team!!!!

Awesome service. Had a flat, but Edward had me in and out fast, and Arnold fixed it quickly & gave me some great tips on tire care. They saved the day! Plus, it was nice going to a car place that truly gives a damn.

dont let these guys do your oil change. they never check your fluids like they promise. i wouldnt be suprised if they didnt even change my oil. they dont keep their word. not good.
