My wife and I have been taking our cars there for a long time. I recently noticed the price for the same service vary each time I visit there. First, I thought that might have to do with the available discounts and/or coupons at the time of the visit. But, this last week, I finally figured out that it has nothing to do with the coupons or discounts. You will be paying depending on who you talk or how much they feel they can get out of you on that day. I had been mostly dealing with Jesse in the past and I was happy. Last time, I spoke with Josh and he wanted to charge me $80 or $85 for synthetic oil change and I felt he knew that I will bring up $15 discount so it appeared he wanted me to pay full price regardless. I scheduled the appointment anyways. But, when I called other Firestone locations, the regular price was $69 with the $15 coupon bringing down the price to $55. I called back and Hector picked up. I explained the situation and the difference in price and added that I would have to cancel the appointment if they overcharge me like that, expecting he would honor the fair price. To my surprise, he simply said fine. So much for customer service! He sounded like he couldnt care less. So I am going to honor his wish and not spend a single freaking dime at this facility anymore.

Rude staff! The service manager lady has no class and no communication skills. Very rude in person and over the phone. Kept threatening to get our vehicle towed if it was not picked up before 5pm (after paying for a inspection one day earlier). We let them know prior to work beginning that we would not be able to pick it up the vehicle for 2 days because we were going out of town. Ended up wasting half my day trying to find a friend to pick up the vehicle for me and ruined our vacation.

Female manager has no customer service skills. She does not care about the customer at all. Ive stopped going here about a year ago. Every time I would take a car in, they would charge me $100 automatically to read my OBD2 codes, even though no lights were on, or anything wrong. Meineke is a few miles away, and under new management. Very classy. DO NOT go to this Firestone. I would hope other locations may be better.

These guys are dishonest! Avoid dealing with them! They will try to up-sell for anything that you come in to do. They will try to rip you off as much as they can . Be careful, if you go in for something simple they will find things to add and work hard to convince you your car is going to fall apart .It was very unpleasant experience.

Wow! Fastest service ever, granted I called in a head of time to see how many customers they had there already. With that being said, these guy were fast, had great customer service, Im a sucker for smiling faces and everyone who works here definitely has one! Thank you so much for the great service guys!

Not very satisfied with this location, they make you hunt for deals off their website. The location near the Northridge mall is a bit out of the way for me but they have far superior customer service and help with pricing if any discounts apply.

Though they provide good service for the most part. They are all understaffed and have to use what tools are available to them. Which makes the wait long and tiresome. Better than the one in northridge.

They might be ok with tires, i dont know?..... but i wouldnt let them touch anything else like ...brakes ! I wud give them 2 stars despite their lack of knowledge... but theyre cocky and have attitude.

They usually have good deals on tires, and the quotes are better than if you go to a dealership, as for the xtra services, they are just suggestions...they dont force you to do the job with them.
