Wow am I impressed with this place. Called and got a quote for brakes, and guess what? Thats EXACTLY what I paid, a full 2 weeks later! No, "Oh, well we thought you meant...." or "Yes, we quoted you $xxx, but you forgot to mention your car had four wheels..." Walked into the lobby and was shocked - it smelled lovely. Not like body odor, not like rubber, or gasoline, or mildew. I actually didnt mind waiting in there while my brakes were replaced. 110 outside, a comfortable 74 inside. Im a happy camper even without being able to bring my car to a complete stop :) I spoke at length with Sam Borrelli, and the guy knows cars. I mean he KNOWS cars. Oh - and did you know Midas does more than just brakes and mufflers? Yeah, either did I. Turns out theyre a full service garage, which was perfect timing. Im now bringing my sons car back for servicing, since its got some door hinge issues (which Sam was totally familiar with). Incidentally, Midas warranties their brakes for life, so you dont pay for replacements (just the labor)....which, with the way I drive, will end up being a losing proposition for them. Might want to get in on the deal before they come to their senses and revoke it ;)

Sorry guys,,, you seem nice enough but you are just another "nice" car mechanic trying to take advantage of people that dont know much about cars!! Nice to your face while they pick pocket your wallet! Consistently higher priced! I took my car into this place because I was told this guy was honest. I was told that this was the best price they could do,, and they even went as far to tell me they werent making much on the labor? Well I didnt really have much of a choice because my car wouldnt start so I had to pay the money. After I had it fixed, which is why I gave them 2 stars because they did fix it fast,,I called around and was told basically I paid $200+ more than anyone else,,, wow! I called them back to let them know I did check the prices around town and the guy just said I use factory parts but to make me feel better he would give me a free oil change? ($20 buck maybe?) Well I wont be back needless to say... All I can say is do yourself a favor and call around first.

Very Honest! I had taken my car to a few other local shops that were recommended to me and at each one I felt that I was being lied to about what my car needed. As a women, auto shops think I do not know about my car. But I knew exactly what was wrong with my car. All the other shops I went to tried to sell me everything under the hood. Finally when I landed at Midas, the manager at the front desk was very friendly, and talked to me like we had known each other for years. He gave me two options on fixing my car, one that was just to get it up to safety standards or one that he would do if it was his own personal car. I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. My estimate was not cheap but not over the top expensive either. All the work was done at a reasonable time and correctly. I will defiantly be returning to this shop!! Thank you Midas :)!!

Job was to remove an $800 aftermarket exhaust and bolt back on OEM system so a "Fix-It" ticket could be bought off. Mechanic cut up the aftermarket exhaust pipe (for no reason really other than maybe it was easier to remove maybe) and bolted on the OEM exhaust as requested. When asked why they cut the aftermarket system, they said "nobody said not to", and basically they couldnt care less. The owner got bent out of shape, and started cussing out my wife and teenage son and basically ran them out of the shop like a big bully. Complained to Midas Corporate Customer Service, and they took three weeks to say, "Its your word against his, so what can we do?" We will never use their services again!

Brought my truck here to get a muffler and a electric cut out added on and Im very pleased with it. Sam and Dax took care of me and always made sure I was happy with where everything was being placed. they were very paitent with me and made sure I got everything done exactly how I wanted. They did a very clean job and although it was more expensive than another shop I used to go to I will definitely be returning here. The extra money is 100% worth it for the service your getting.

Have taken my Volkswagens, Kia and RV to this Midas for the past 2 years, for AC, Overheating Issues, Brakes and Bureau of Automotive Repairs inspection over a dispute with another shop, and always have receive proper service and accurate repairs. Customer service is also great, the staff is patient and professional.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has needed many repairs over the last year and I ended up at this location. They constantly Make new problem so you get them fixed there and then over charge you for parts and labor!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

These people charge you more than dealership!!! They charged me for a brake booster almost 200 however the part price was like 120! And too much for the labor! There are definitely better mechanics around this town with better prices

Jason and the guys here always do a good job. They dont try to oversell you on things you dont need. Ive taken my last 3 trucks here, and theyve helped keep each of them going for over 100,000 miles.

Good service. They wont just tell you that there is something wrong, they will take you out to SHOW you what is going on under your car. Love getting a tire rotation with my oil change!

An hour and half for an oil change? I should have just done it myself. I thought bringing it to Midas would save me time, not so...an hour and a half later, still waiting.
