Exclusive Auto Service in Thousand Oaks came very highly recommended and they didnt disappoint. I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the shop and office (that says a lot to me) along wih the owner Sanjivs availability and willingness to pick up the phone repeatedly to answer all of my many questions. His service tech drove me home after I dropped my car for repairs, and picked me up on completion...and I didnt have to call and pester about when it would be done because they gave me a time, stuck to it, and called ME when my car was ready and came to get me right away. Other than the fact that my car needed semi-major repairs, the entire experience was painless, dare I say, pleasant! Oh, and Sanjiv gave me a fair deal (I know bcuz I got estimates from other nearby shops). I cannot say enough good things about Exclusive. FINALLY, someone I can trust with my German car! Ill definitely be going back for all of my car service needs from now on.

I have been going to EAS for over 5 years. I trusted the owner with my BMWs as I now do with my Porsche. The shop is immaculate and the owner is a man of his word. You cannot find a better group of repair technicians in TO or the Ventura area. I would highly suggest you take your German car to Exclusive before going to the dealer. I have never had to take my car back for a follow up on any repairs performed by Exclusive. Exclusives pricing is also very commpetitve and they use vehicle manufaturers parts.

I have been taking my 68 250SL to Exclusive Auto Repair since 1999, when Sanjivs father was one of the only mechanics around who specialized in that particular car. Since then, Sanjiv and his staff have continued to impress me with their expertise.There is no repair shop I would trust more with my Baby Benz. Sanjiv treats it with kid gloves, and has always been professional, reasonable and has provided great quality work.
