I called and spoke to Ed today at this NAPA, because one of our customers had purchased a battery from another retailer, who had gone out of business and he was having trouble with his battery. Even though the customer didnt purchase the battery from Eds store, he was nice enough to offer to charge and check the battery for this customer. We appreciate his willingness to help!

Fast & efficient, helpful. They checked battery to verify replacement needed. They no longer offer battery install services though. Luckily I had friends on the camp out who were able to it. They close at 5 on Saturdays, but are open on Sundays. I was able to return the core for that refund. Not much available in that remote area, but they were and the job got done.

This is a smaller store but has great service. I wanted to shout out to the big guy who works behind the counter. He put my new wiper blades on and disposed of the old ones. He offered to do this without any prompting from me. It was inexpensive and full service. I sure appreciate that kind of service which seems to be lacking in busier locations. Thanks!!

these guys are jerks, very rude and unhelpful, the store smelled like butt and marijuana i will be contacting thier corporate headquarters
