Horrible customer service!!! That guy in the white shirt Robert at the front of the service desk is just plain lazy!!! He walks around like he doesnt want to be there!!! I showed up to pick my car up after an alignment, I could see that my car was finished and I watched the mechanic clock out and I could see my car sitting on the rack finished for about 15 min. Robert knows Im there and does nothing but walk around and check his phone and watch the clock. I go up to him and ask about my car and how I could see its finsihed and he says "Ill take it right out" and he goes outside and chit chats with the mechanics instead. I had to ask another guy cus lazy ass Robert was to "busy". I finally get my car 40 minutes later and boom the steering wheel is crooked after just getting a damn alignment!!! Plenty more to this story! After they fix this issue (if they can) I will never be going to pep boys again. Wish I could give negative stars!!

To make a long story short, their incompetence cost me over three hundred dollars. After inspecting my truck, the mechanic told me that my 2.5 liter four cylinder ford ranger had, in fact, 6 cylinders! The manager agreed with him until All three of us walked over to the vehicle and popped the hood. They did a variety of other things to emphatically showcase their careless idiocy, but Id rather not recreate the whole encounter. Whatever you do, Dont take your car here; their mechanics havent the least idea what they are doing

Usually has the parts I need. This autozone and nearly every autozone in bakersfield I have gone to however can help you with anything the computer doesnt know for the majority of things. Though there is an occasional employ that can actually have good information. Besides where you might find where the brake fluid goes.

Great first time experience with this pepboys location. Staff provided excellent customer service and made me feel valued even though it was my first visit. Ill probably make it my go-to shop for most of the heavy duty maintenance that need specialized tools. Very understanding staff. Highly recommend to everyone.

We were traveling and Pep Boys Service Center unable to get to us right away, but Mr. Benino was extremely helpful with a quick assessment of problem (water hose), rehydrated the radiator, and arranged a service station a few blocks down that was able to get to it right away. Thank you Benino!

The Pep Boys on Niles are wonderful. They are the only boys who service my cars. They are always available when I need a quick service whether its the day of or in advance. Their prices are economical and using monthly coupons make it cheaper. Not to mention the cash rewards you rack up too!

My wife took her car in for an oil change as soon as she drove it from their shop someone working on her car took a box cutter and slit her hose from the bottom of the car way to go trying to blow customers engines up this place is evil pro mechanic opinion

They close at 6 on Sundays. I got there at 445 for a flat tire and was told they wouldnt be able to get to me. Everyone there just kinda seemed annoyed. Terrible service.
