My wife hit a curb so I took her car in for an alignment because they were conveniently located and opened early. The service manager told me he could fix it with a front alignment. When my wife picked up the car in the afternoon, he said it was fixed and charged her $168.XX (visual inspection, front alignment, rotating wheels, and remounting/balancing 1 tire). He purposely didnt give her an alignment print-out report, because it would have clearly shown the problem wasnt fixed. When I went back asking for the report, he said it was lost. Later I took the car to my regular alignment shop who found over 2 degrees of negative camber from a bent strut. The Firestone service manage lied when he said he could fix the problem through an alignment, then lied again (saying it was fixed and claiming the report was lost) to cover his first lie when he couldnt fix it. Any shop that doesnt give you an alignment report shouldnt be trusted. What an absolute waste of $168. Save yourself the hassle and goto Diamond Bar Auto Center instead. Theyre equally expensive but they wont lie to you.

Bad service!!! Had an appointment to replace my brake pads because I have a lifetime warranty on my brakes with them. Said it will be done in 2 hours, ended up over 3 hours. Went back today, because they forgot to put a clip on the pads and thus making noise when I go over bumps. Told it will be done again in 2 hours, spent almost 4 hours there. The service advisor named Rhyan, told me "It is, what it is". They have the parts available there, its not like its out of stock and they had to wait for the parts. They shouldnt be telling their customers what time their car will be ready if they are not able to meet their deadlines. I shouldnt be wasting 4 hours of my time if they did their job right in the first place. Very unprofessional and inconvenience to their customers.

I had bought lifetime alignment so I took it in. It took 1 1/2 hours and still it is pulling to the right. So I called them and was told it was probably my tires. Now I have to take my car to the dealer to have them check the alignment because I know there is nothing wrong with my tires. Also while it was there, I asked if they could change my brake light bulb which was out. They did and charged me $12 labor!!! The bulb itself was $2.99. When I questioned why it was so high, I was told they charge $130 an hour for labor and it took them 10 minutes to change the bulb. Really? $130 an hour? They charge more than my doctor does. Ill do it myself next time. If they had given me an estimate, I would have declined...

Every time I go get my oil change ... they have some major things that they want me to do. For example, they told me that I need to change my o2 sensors. The job was close $2000. He was very convincing, but I decided to go to the dealer for a second opinion. I paid around $50 at the dealer to reset the engine light and they told me that I did not need to change. Subsequently, i have passed my smog test and o2 sensor has not given me problems. There are other things that I could write about but I dont have the time. I would not recommend this shop.

Theyre always honest with the work that needs to be done and they get work done in a timely manner. However, their inspections arent always consistent in terms of thoroughness. Sometimes they check things more carefully than others, so we arent always notified of work that will likely need to be done in the next couple upcoming visits.

David ur dumb, when I went to get my oil changed Im glad they did the free check on my car I didnt even know there where so may things broken with it I wanted to get it all repaired but dont have enough cash but they offered Mr a no interstate for 6 months card and I had it all done now my car rides great Thanks Firestone! !!!!

I have been using this repair facility for 19 years. I have four vehicles that they maintain. I have always received exemplary repairs and the staff is always friendly and professional. Especially Roger and Jericho. I have no problems rating this Firestone A+.

They are close to my house so it is convenient to get oil changed. They seem less fair and not trying to sell you a bunch of dumb things like the dealer, but they will try to sell air filters and things that probably do need replacing which is expected.

Dont ever try to go there to repair your car. They will try to ask you to replace everything. Very bad attitude and unprofessional.
